McDowell was eventually brought down by the officer who said that he had to use his Taser.
After a brief foot chase, the defendant was placed under arrest and a Taser was used. The violent attack caused me immediate damage to my temple and eye socket. My eye was almost closed due to extreme pain and swelling. My head was also affected by the strike.
McDowell was present in court Tuesday, and the judge found probable cause to bring him up.
A prosecutor stated that McDowell was naked when he entered the Learning Center property during his arraignment.
