“I would like to praise the Lord Jesus Christ, my personal lord, and to Tramway Path for their vision of financial freedom for others.
‘As a trained A&E nurse and midwife, serving others is innate within me and this win will allow me to serve without boundaries or financial worry.
Sade expressed her joy at the win and said that it makes her feel ‘absolutely overwhelmed’. This is the bathroom modernization in the third one of three apartments that Sade won.

“I have finally realized my missionary dreams in Africa. My focus is on improving maternal services.
“It is my goal to support, educate and empower midwives so that they can provide the best possible care.”
The competition was the third of its kind launched by three brothers, Daniel, 29, Jason, 36, and Will Twenefour, 35 – the faces behind Tramway Path.
They helped an NHS occupational therapy and single mother-of-one to get a roof over their heads, as well handed the keys to a luxurious pad to a 22 year-old graduate struggling to save a deposit.
Among them, Daniel raffled off his newly refurbished £415,000 three bedroom house in Mitcham, south London, for just £2 a ticket.
He hoped to sell 200,000 tickets to raise £400,000, and awarded the winner the home – 6 Tramway Path – mortgage-free.
Daniel, who was also a technical manager for the project, made donations towards local charities such as Jigsaw4U (which focuses on the care of vulnerable young people in the vicinity) and NHS Charities Together. These are federations that include over 250 charities which support the National Health Service, staff volunteers, and patients.

The brothers now have it as their mission to assist others in obtaining property ownership.
Daniel who is also a technical project manger said, “Having a roof above your head shouldn’t be so out-of reach.”
It’s the top goal for many, but they face hurdle after hurdle.
‘One of the big reasons we’re doing this is to disrupt the property market – it’s such a struggle for both old and young to get on the ladder.
“I am so fed up of hardworking people failing to save enough, being priced out of cities or living in luxury by foreigners or developers.
There are some schemes where you can buy with less deposit. However, the maximum loan a mortgage company will give you is 4.5x your annual salary. This is not a great deal for many people in London.
You can’t get loans if you have poor credit.
“It is time for the underdogs to have a piece of the cake and we will make it happen,”
The couple previously assisted a single mother of one and an NHS occupational therapist to have a roof over their heads. They also handed keys to a private luxury apartment to a graduate aged 22 who couldn’t save enough money. Prescilla Masia was the winner in previous years.
