A family friend who requested not to be identified said that George had no known heart issues. No one knows the details of what took place right now.

DailyMail.com was told by a family friend that George had not suffered from any heart issues. No one knows the details of what has happened. Actually, George’s twin sister Lily has suffered from a cardiac condition since the age of two.

Zajfen’s celebrity friends paid tribute to George in an Instagram post.
An additional friend established a dance scholarship under the child’s name.
Zajfen was also the founder of Little Minis clothing, which makes kids’ wear from scrap fabric.

DailyMail.com heard from a source, that Meghan was introduced to Zafjen by her ex husband Trevor Engelson. He is a friend of Julian Engelson, an entertainment lawyer.

Zajfen shared a photo of George, his sister Lily and himself sitting in the grass smiling. Lily claimed she wanted more sugar. I combined the two and voilà!
