After splitting with Paul, she was unable to accept her loss. She spiralled into depression and attempted suicide.

Also, she suffered from phantom pregnancies and claimed that she still felt babies kickin’ inside of her daily.

In 2008 she hit an all-time low. She would drink wine every morning, ordering taxis to transport her, and even order more when her driving license was suspended.

Her attempts to kill herself were unsuccessful on two occasions.

Ms Allwood is due to be cremated on Friday morning in a service in Stratford-upon-Avon funded by her local council with no mourners present.

The Sun learned from her family that they won’t be there.

Her friend, Mark Beard, 58, the landlord of the Yard of Ale pub, said: ‘She had been struggling with cancer for a while and had an operation before Christmas but told us recently that it had come back. I do not know the type of cancer.

Mark said Mandy would pop in to his pub twice a week and ‘was a bit eccentric and nutty but that’s why we loved her’.

He told her that she will be remembered by a dozen friends who raise glasses to her.

Oprah Winfrey invited her to appear on their show, and she even got a message from Princess Diana.

Prior to the tragedy, Mrs Allwood was blessed with a son named Charlie from a failed marriage.

After longing to have children with her new partner Paul, and experiencing repeated miscarriages she began taking fertility drugs.

There were claims that Mrs. Allwood had refused medical advice and undergone fertility treatment.

But Mrs Allwood, who had three children herself, always denied the allegations and stated that she shared her story to help other women who’ve experienced miscarriage.

She said that she used to be angry when people judged her because she decided not to have any foetuses aborted to preserve the lives of others.
