Plastic surgeon reveals which A-listers – from Bella Hadid to Khloé Kardashian – gone under knife

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon revealed secret procedures stars might have received, including eyelid and nose surgeries. Even though Dr. Charles S. Lee doesn’t have any experience with celebrities, he has a lot of knowledge about how fillers, liposuction, or facelifts can transform a face. In a series TikTok videos that went viral, Dr. Lee analyses the ‘before and after’ photos of celebrities like Kendall Jenner and Ariana Grande, and speculates on what work they have done. Kylie Jenner was 24. She has seen a lot more than the famous lip-fillers. 

She had probably her chin shaved and her buccal fat removed. Her temples were lifted. It would be impossible. “They don’t know what great hair, makeup, and fillers can do,” she said, while also confirming that she had received lip fillers. Kylie said that her fame as a child led to many faces changing naturally with age. ‘I haven’t had plastic surgery. I’ve never been under the knife. Part two in his series. Bella Hadid was 25 years old when Dr. Lee reviewed her photos. He says that Bella Hadid had undergone nose, eyelid, liposuction, neck fat removal, liposuction, liposuction, and filler to her cheeks.

Ariana Grande is 28 years old. Dr. Lee said that he compared her recent photo with one taken when Ariana was 15 and starred on Broadway. According to Dr. Lee, she had undergone a browlift, eyelid surgery, lid tilt, rhinoplasty, and other chin surgeries. However, he added that she liked how she looked in the past. 

Ariana, like the rest, has denied any surgery. She said that any facial and body changes she experienced were just natural signs of her puberty, as was her fame at such a young age. “Oh, Ariana Grande” was the headline of a magazine. She said that she was comparing me to a 14-year-old picture. “You’re showing me a comparison of my life from then to now, with me wearing a push-up bra.” People reported her 2014 video. “That’s why Star magazine has me on their cover and that’s because they say I had plastic surgery. It was a good puberty. She said that although it was late, she eventually came through for her. Ariana and her 2008 wedding.

Dr. Lee also compared photos of Khloé Kardashian, 37, listing the most procedures on one person yet, but exclaiming, ‘Wow, she looks amazing.’ She’s been through a procedure to her forehead, he believes. However, during the final episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians,  The Reunion Part 2, admitted to the show’s host, Andy Cohen, that she has had one nose job. Khloé said: ‘No one’s ever asked me. You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose.’ Also, she shared that she had done fillers (aka injections) but her body did not react to Botox so it’s out of the question.

He also discusses Demi Moore’s facelift in Dr. Lee’s TikTok clip. This was after her appearance on Fendi’s runway in Paris earlier this year. He points to a runway picture and says that Demi Moore has “classic joker lines” after having a facelift. Facelifts are known for their joker lines. The pre-operative position of at-risk patients can show a hint or a line. Pulling on the skin will make that line more obvious. This problem is avoidable by fat grafting the area instead and not entering it during surgery. Pictured: Demi in 2017. 

Demi (59) didn’t address the claims she was ‘unrecognizable’ on the Fendi Show, but she denied ever having plastic surgery. ‘It’s completely false – I’ve never had it done,’ she said in 2009. “But, I wouldn’t judge them who have. If they feel it is the right thing, I have no objection. On the other hand, I don’t like the idea of having an operation to hold up the aging process – it’s a way to combat your neurosis. Elle UK in 2019 she confessed to Elle UK she’d had work done but not on her face. “You know what?” She added that maybe one day she will go under the knife. “It is irritating that so many people keep praising me for plastic surgery. 

Kendall Jenner, the latest Kardashian-Jenner member to be analyzed by the doctor. She has also denied ever going under the knife, just like her sisters. 

He said, “Her brows have been lifted, possibly as part of an invasive fox-eye lift. She also has the corner reshaped. The platform on her upper eyelid is a bit higher than normal, which could indicate that she has had additional eyelid surgery or a brow lift. He says that she has an internal valve collapse in her nose. Pointing to the ‘before” picture of his face, he said, “I also notice the increased width and roundness at the tip. He continued, “She’s got beautiful dental work,” he said. I believe that she may have had lip fillers. Botox, as well. That said, she looks the most natural. Kendall in 2019.  

Kendall was 25 in 2017 and also rejected surgery. “As a model, I don’t understand why my face would need to be reconstructed.” It doesn’t even make sense,’ she told People.

Dr. Lee stated that Ashley Tisdale (36), has undergone rhinoplasty and doesn’t need to see before-and-after photos. His pointer pointed out a recent photograph and stated that he can see the ‘internal Valve Collapse’ and ‘buckling in the tip. These are both clear indications. 

Ashley admitted, in public, that she underwent work on her nose in 2017 because of a deviation from the septum. This was different than most celebrities. The bump was also removed by doctors. No knife! “The more I grew older, the more severe it became.” The doctor examined me and told me that my septum had been distorted at 88%. She also found two fractures. Ashley. 

Ashley spoke candidly about the experience later, stating that she was most upset by the reactions to the news, which she described as a traumatizing one. ‘In the aftermath, and the hardest part, was not the recovery but the media who constantly tried to paint a picture of me as someone who didn’t like their appearance,’ she wrote in a blog post on her website, Frenshe. “I love myself but was unaware of my surroundings at the time. You all know that I have been very picky about my clothes LOL!” I felt proud of myself back then and am still proud today. “I was judged and scrutinized. I felt ashamed about my choice,” she said. 

Madison Beer is 22 years old and Dr. Lee claims that her appearance doesn’t suggest she had undergone any kind of surgery. Although he believes that she might have received lip fillers and botox, Dr. Lee is certain she has not had any surgery.
