Police have released the last words of a young mother before her disappearance.
Claire Holland, 32 years old, was last seen at Seamus O’Donnell’s pub, St Nicholas Street in Bristol, the evening of Wednesday 6 June 2012.
A few days later, Claire Weston, a mother-of-one from Bristol, was reported missing to her family.
A 37-year old man was arrested by detectives in 2019, under suspicion that he had been involved with her. The now-39-year-old is still being investigated.
To find out more about Claire, Major Crime Investigation Team provided CCTV footage that showed Claire the day before she disappeared.
The police are asking for additional information. Several targeted searches will take place in the Bristol region over the coming days.

Police have released extensive CCTV footage that Claire took around Bristol including the Asda.

Claire was walking into Bristol City Centre just before six o’clock in the morning. The CCTV shows Claire marking her with a red box.

Claire, in black pants and her signature style of walking on the street just before 6.30pm can still be seen half an hours later.

Senior Investigating Officer, Det Insp Darren Hannant stated: “We would like for the public to think back to the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Weekend which took place on the weekend 2-5 June 2012 in London.”
“Claire disappeared the day following this major national event.
Claire is seen walking on Baldwin Street, towards Seamus’ O’Donnell’s pub. This was around 9:30 PM Wednesday June 6th.
“We do not have footage of her leaving the pub after she left, but staff confirmed that she was there at 11.15 pm.
“It’s possible that she went in the direction to the fountains near Harbourside. However, we do not have footage, despite thorough reviews of over 1,000 hours of CCTV.
“We are carrying out intelligence-led searches throughout the Bristol area today, and in the days ahead. Some involve the dive specialist team. We start in some parts of the city’s centre, and then move to different areas during the week.
Claire, a white woman about 5ft tall with a petite build and shoulder-length brown hair is usually tied in a ponytail.
The last time she was seen, she was wearing black trousers and a black shirt with short sleeves.

Film also captures Claire shopping at a convenience store the day she intended to go missing.

She is seen talking with the gentleman behind the till. He seems to enjoy a friendly chat inside the store.

As the cash register is opened, the video shows the woman handing money over to purchase her item.

Claire is seen placing her cash back in her purse moments after she has made her purchase.
Her Primark bag, a Primark re-usable carrier case in cream colour was also with her.
Det. Insp. Hannant stated: “At this point, we’re treating Claire’s vanishance as suspicious.
“Claire was not aware of any reason for her disappearance and she had planned to return home the week after her disappearance.
The family of ‘Claire are being updated on the investigation’s progress and we will provide the answers that they require.
“Specially-trained liaison officers will support them in this difficult time.”
Now, the police want to collect more information about Claire from the public.
The police will use a new way to message anyone, who is a friend with Claire on Facebook, seeking additional information.
