Kate Middleton and the royal children of Cambridge have been baking cake for a Cardiff street party that is being held today in celebration of Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee.
Adorable pictures posted online by the Duchess and Duke of Cambridge, showed Prince George, eight, Princess Charlotte, seven, and Prince Louis, four, making the treats in their kitchen ahead of the family’s visit to the Welsh capital yesterday.

In the photos, the three children could be seen mixing the ingredients together before icing the cupcakes with the Duchess, who sported a £129 Brora pink gingham blouse.

The Duchess of Cambridge posted adorable photos online showing Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis making treats before their family visit to Wales yesterday.

Union Jack bunting could be seen hanging around the kitchen, while Charlotte was busy cracking eggs and Louis used a sieve to add in the flour to the cake mix.
George could also be found helping his sister to add the ingredients. For the baking session, he wore a blue casual T-shirt with matching shorts.
Louis wore the same T-shirt as his brother, but with lighter blue shorts. Charlotte was wearing a pink top and navy shorts. Then she switched to a T-shirt with white and blue stripes.
Yesterday, George and Charlotte visited Cardiff Castle, Wales with their parents as part of her first royal engagement.
It was not Prince Louis, who stole the show after he appeared with his family on Buckingham Palace’s balcony following the Trooping the Colour ceremony.

Family members met the performers and crew of the special Platinum Jubilee Celebration Concert that took place on the castle grounds. Owain Wynn and Bonnie Tyler were among the guests.
As they arrived in Cardiff, Kate and William seemed to be encouraging their timid-looking children to greet dignitaries and shake hands. The visit is said to mark George and Charlotte’s inaugural official royal visit.
They were introduced to West End artists Rubicon Dance Company, Wales Youth Choir for Good and many others by the Cambridges.

Yesterday night Charlotte and George joined their parents the Duke and Duchess Of Cambridge at the Queen’s Platinum Party held at Buckingham Palace.
The family joined the nation in singing along to acts including Alicia Keys, Duran Duran and Craig David. Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, Zara and Mike Tindall and Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice and their husbands were also in attendance.
Prince Edward and Sophie Wessex were engaged in Northern Ireland earlier that day. Their children, Lady Louise Windsor (18, and James, Viscount Severn (14) also watched from the stands.
Prince Anne was present at the Epsom Derby today with her children as well as their respective partners. Princess Anne sat beside Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence.
Peter Phillips, the Queen’s oldest grandchild, brought his two daughters Savannah (12 years old) and Isla (11 years old), who wave flags when the concert started.
The Queen’s 70th year on the throne was marked by the support of the Royal Family. Even though she had to cancel due to ongoing health issues, she managed to steal show with hilarious sketches that featured her opposite the computer-generated Paddington Bear.
The concert was not attended by Prince Harry or Meghan Markle, but they are thought to have viewed it in Windsor together.
Prince William quoted Louis Armstrong’s song ‘What a Wonderful World’ as he paid tribute to the Queen’s efforts to help the planet during an environment-themed speech in front of Buckingham Palace for the Jubilee concert.

During a Platinum Party segment dedicated to environment, the Duke of Cambridge thanked his grandmother for her “hope” in the future.
Prince William, who was met by many cheers of “we love you” on the stage, said that he is proud to have had his grandfather Prince Phillip, 73, and his father Prince Charles, as well as their efforts in defending the natural world.
He repeated the words of the Queen from her address to Cop26 UN Climate Change Summit, where she stated that working together for a common cause always gives rise to hope.
Prince Charles later took to the stage where he paid a moving, personal tribute to the Queen, calling her ‘Mummy’ and thanking her for being there for the nation in good times and bad for 70 years.
