Amalia looked majestic in a blue silk chiffon with delicate white flowers. She paired the dress with a fashionable navy coat.
She styled her blonde locks with a blow-dry and combined her gown with a necklace made of gold with the initials of her first name.
The natural look she chose was natural. She used a light pink blush to her cheeks and natural pink lips.
Her parents looked overjoyed to see their daughter stepping into her public role and were seen grinning as Willem-Alexander walked arm in arm into the building with Princess Amalia.

Maxima, age 50, looked elegant in a structured, fuchsia jacket dress that she paired it with an over-sized purple suede belt, matching gloves, and a leather bag.
She paired the glamorous look with an oversized fuchsia hat featuring a statement floral design and a pair of dainty pearl earrings.
King Willem-Alexander holds a seat in the council but does not participate in any of its activities. Queen Maxima is also eligible for a seat in the council, and she acts as an advisor.
This is after Amalia, a teenage girl, said that she’d ask Queen Maxima (50-year-old Argentinean-born) to temporarily take over if King Willem Alexander, 54, died suddenly.
This biography is simply entitled “Amalia” and was approved by the Royal Family.
The rare glimpse offers an insight into the private life of the princess, which was closely guarded since Willem Alexander ascended to the throne in 2013.

Amalia’s father and Amalia wore masks for safety at the meeting.
Biographer Claudia de Breij reveals Amalia had a part-time job at a beachside cafe, feels self-conscious when she is recognised by members of the public and would pursue a career as a singer or equestrian if she was not destined to be queen.
Along with her sisters Princess Alexia, 16, and Princess Ariane, 14, Catharina-Amalia spent the early years of her life at Eikenhorst Villa in Wassenaar, an affluent suburb of The Hague.
‘We do our best to be really with them – on holidays or weekends or even at breakfast in the mornings,’ Willem-Alexander once said in an interview.
Maxima spent many days on the bike and at the beaches with her family, as well as holidays in Argentina.

Maxima, age 50, looked stylish in a structured jacket dress in fuzzia. She teamed it with an over-sized purple suede belt, as well as matching gloves and a leather bag.
Amalia, her grandmother Queen Beatrix, resigned in 2013, and Willem Alexander took the throne. The queen and the new king moved their daughters to Huis ten Bosch in The Hague, which is The Hague’s royal palace.
Amalia, nine years old, became the Princess of Orange. This title was given to her by the heir to throne.
Willem-Alexander stated that Amalia’s title would be formalized when she turns 18 and enters the State Council. We will continue to protect her until then.
This means that she won’t be participating in formal engagements or as few as possible. She should be surrounded by her family, including her siblings and close friends.
It is now less than one month before the time comes and so the biography has been published to allow the princess to meet her future subjects.

The council has King Willem-Alexander as a member, but he is not involved in its activities. Queen Maxima is also eligible for a seat in the council, and she acts as an advisor.

Yesterday was the Queen’s big birthday. Her public debut saw her step into a larger role. Last night, the Dutch royal family revealed that she would be receiving an honorary position on the board.
This reveals that Amalia excelled at Christelijk Gymnasium Sorghvliet in The Hague. She also worked part-time as a waitress in a cafe on the beach, earning her nickname ‘cocktail princess’.
She now hopes to spend a year working at a ‘multinational organisation’ before potentially pursuing a degree at the prestigious Leiden University.
Amalia also said she feels self-conscious when she is recognised while out in public, adding: ‘Everyone looks at you like you have a goldfish on your head.’
While the House of Orange continues to be popular with most Dutch citizens, recent criticisms of the monarchy have increased. Amalia stated that she would accept the idea of republicans abolishing it.
“They will do it, but then they can live on their own.”
