A retired firm director who was caught drink driving close to his £1million dwelling and punched a police officer after he was arrested has been banned from driving for 3 and a half years.
Brian Wilson, 75, was stopped by police in his Volvo automotive on Golf Hyperlinks Street in Ferndown, Dorset simply after 8pm on December 8.
Officers seen he was slurring his phrases and smelt of alcohol. A breathalyser confirmed he had 80 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath – greater than twice the authorized restrict of 35mcg.

‘The defendant was extraordinarily risky and aggressive, saying it was a shame that he was in custody at 75, saying he was dying and saying he shouldn’t be staying right here and must be launched.
