In shocking footage, a boy-racer is seen driving in the wrong direction and into the oncoming traffic. This was as he attempted to dodge officers during high-speed chases.
Asad Islam, 24, was blocked in by police on a garage forecourt before he swiftly reversed away on September 19.
He speeds off, on the wrong side. Then he collides with another car. This dramatic footage then shows him making off once again.
During his jaunt through Halesowen (West Midlands), he attempted to escape from the blue Astra VXR by jumping a red line.
Islam was said to have been a frequent organizer of boy-racer meetings. He was also the registered keeper and was disqualified at that time.
The notice of intent prosecution was sent to him, and he tried to avoid justice by pretending that someone else was driving.
Islam of Bartley Green in Birmingham admitted to trying to pervert justice. He also drove while unqualified and without insurance.

Street racing can put lives at risk for innocent motorists.
These events can be very hazardous and a nuisance for residents, who will hear blaring music, revving engines, and blaring honks.
