Her ‘BFFs’ have praised her method. Tatler claimed that Princess Beatrice has Jodie Kidd as well as Dame Joan Collins on her speed dial, and she is available for advice whenever she feels like looking or feeling amazing.
It is believed that Princess Eugenie relied on Gabriela for help in losing weight prior to her wedding. Prince Harry may have lost half a stone before his big day, according to another report.
Both royal weddings were attended by her.
Beatrice herself said she ‘really likes the GP principles because they are effective and realistic guidelines to follow no matter what you are doing in the day’ while Dame Joan Collins added her tip of ‘combining fruit with protein such as live yoghurt really works for me and makes me feel energised and fabulous all day.’

1 ) LINE YOUR STOMACH WITH PROTEIN
Gabriela shared some tips to help you stay in good shape this holiday season. She suggested that you fill your stomach with protein before going out on a night.
Gabriela recommended that you eat a nutritious snack before enjoying a night out. It could be a hard-boiled egg, nuts, or hummus.
She stated that you need protein in your diet before you consume alcohol.
‘The protein will also help balance out your sugar levels, whereas if you have a lot of carb before drinking you’re just adding sugar on top of sugar.’
2) HANDLE A HANGOVER WHICH IS BALANCED
Gabriela warned that it is easy to want to eat a big fry-up with tons of sugar if you’re feeling a bit drained.
According to the nutritionist, those who are insatiable for sugary orange juice may dilute it by adding water to get a more healthy option.
A fried egg sandwich can also be made on brown bread and spinach, which is a better option.
It is believed that Princess Eugenie relied on Gabriela for help in losing weight prior to her nuptials. Prince Harry, meanwhile, is said to have lost half of his body before the big day.
2) EAT ONLY WITHIN A PERIOD OF EIGHT HOUR
Gabriela supports intermittent fasting. Two plans are available in Gabriela’s book: The 4:3 Plan and The 16:8.
TThe 16:8 plan is more traditional and involves fasting for 16 hours per day, including sleep, while eating over 8 hours.
She previously revealed: ‘I find intermittent fasting is by far the best because you don’t need to go to the shops and buy a special food or pay a lot of moneyOder pay someone.
“What I love most about it, is the way you eat and what you do with it. There are little tricks to help you get there.
“What I would like to say is that I recommend my clients look at both of my plans and see which one best suits your life. Both are equally good, they both depend on intermittent fasting. However, one may work for you better than the other.
“We also believe that intermittent fasting is an extremely healthy method of weight loss.”
4) START TAKING SUPPLEMENTS
Gabriela said that all of her clients will take a liver-supporting supplement to provide support for the holiday season.
It was an easy way for the body to be helped during Christmas.
She added: ‘Put them somewhere you’ll see them like on your desk and take them every day.’
4) NEVER DRINK COCOA ON A FURNISHED STOMACH
Gabriela cautions against having coffee without a meal.
It can lead to blood sugar spikes, making it more likely that you will eat a high-carb meal late in the day.
She suggested that instead of drinking a heavily caffeinated beverage, you drink an antioxidant-rich cup of green tea.
