Saturday Night Live cancelled their live audience tonight with Paul Rudd as host, and limited crew and cast members on-set due to an epidemic of positive COVID-19. 

The entire weekly sketch comedy series was about to be canceled after ‘four actors’ were tested for coronavirus. According to the New York Post, ‘three other’ callers have called in because they’re ‘fearful’ of coming to NBC Studios (30 Rockefeller Center).

The publication was informed by insiders that Lorne Michals, the executive producer of the series, had passed a positive test.

Sources claimed that the “cast and crew” were in rehearsals at Studio 8H to record the episode. However, it is not clear how the episode will proceed tonight and that everyone is afraid.

According to a statement, “Due to an increase in Omicron variants and out of an abundance caution, there won’t be a live audience tonight for ‘Saturday Night Live’ taping and the show will only have a limited cast and staff.” 

“The show is continuing to comply with all federal safety guidelines, in addition to following a strict testing protocol.”

According to a statement, “Due the Omicron spike and an excess of caution,” there will not be any live audience tonight at ‘Saturday Night Live” and the show will only have a limited cast and crew.

An insider claimed that Cecily Strength was one of those cast members “who have voiced concern over this outbreak.”

Paul Rudd will host this week’s episode, marking his fifth appearance on the comedy show.

CharliXCX, an English singer-songwriter is returning to the show nearly six years ago. She first appeared on the program with the songs Boom Clap & Break the Rules.
