Shamima Begum claims she is afraid she will die in prison and continues to fight for her citizenship.

After a series of firebombings, the 22-year-old ISIS bride claimed that she and Hafida Haddouch, her Dutch friend, could be set on fire by Syrian arsonists at Al Roj camp.

She also denied carrying out atrocities on behalf of the terror group and sewing suicide vests for bombers, saying she can help British security forces crack down on extremists.

Begum, after removing her veil, said that she wore a pink shirt, black cap, and baseball cap last year.

They have achieved more in the recent months than any time over the years.

Begum was part of the 50 strong British contingent, consisting of children and women. There are around 800 families at the camp.

Shamima Begum says she believes she will be killed in her prison camp and is 'living in fear constantly' as she continues her fight to return to Britain

She added she and her Dutch friend Hafida Haddouch are being targeted by arsonists in the Al Roj camp (pictured) in Syria because they are seen as more Westernised than their campmates

Hafida and Hafida Haddouch, a Dutch friend of hers, said they were being attacked by Syrian arsonists at the Al Roj camp in Syria (pictured), as they are perceived to be more Westernised than their other campmates.

The authorities at al-Roj — the Kurdish-led and Western-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) — have banned black clothing, the colour of Isis, and black face veils.

Begum is one of those who has voluntarily given up Islamic clothing entirely. She claims that this made her more vulnerable to attack.

Sajid Javid took her citizenship and she was deported in 2019. The Supreme Court in February 2019 ruled, citing national security reasons that she could not return to Britain in order to appeal the decision.

But she says she is willing to face trial in Britain for the chance to come back and believes she could be an asset to anti-terror forces.

Begum, sitting in a burned-down tent on the ground, stated that the fight against terrorist acts is a multidisciplinary job and requires many people who have multiple skills.

Begum answered “Yes” when asked whether she has the experience and skills to stop children being lured into terrorist activities.

Boris Johnson made an astonishing offer that she had never heard of. She said: “You clearly struggle with extremism in your country. You don’t clearly know what you are doing and I’d be glad to assist you.

“I want them see me as an asset, not a threat.”

The east London schoolgirl who dumped her veil a year ago and now straightens her dyed hair, paints her nails and wears make-up, fled her home in 2015 to join the so-called Islamic State terror group in Syria with two friends both now believed to be dead.

She denies her image change is a publicity stunt.

She has since claimed she was groomed by ISIS and her jihadi husband Yago Riedijk from the Netherlands, who she shared three children with who all died at a young age.

Begum refused to answer questions about Riedijk’s comments recently that ISIS had been a ‘beautiful life’ for her and her husband.

She refused to clarify if she experienced any abuse from the Dutch extremists, even though her friend Haddouch stated that: “From the stories she shared with me, yes.”

Haddouch claimed she is Begum’s older sister and that her children don’t sleep well at night because of this.

She said: ‘I said what’s wrong with you and he said “I am afraid to sleep, maybe the tent will burn again”.

Haddouch (pictured), who said she acts as an older sister to Begum, said her children are too scared to sleep at night in the camp

Haddouch (pictured), who claimed she is Begum’s older sister, stated that her children were too afraid to go to bed at night at camp because of their fear.

When asked about Riedijk's recent comments that life under ISIS was 'beautiful' for the couple, Begum said she never wanted to see him again

Begum denied ever wanting to be seen Riedijk again when she was asked about his recent remarks that ISIS life was “beautiful” for them.

I said to him, “Go sleep, I am here, but I won’t go to sleep” and he then said “Why did I put you in a sleeping bag?” After there’s a fire, I can’t run out of it in the night.”

“As mother, these are things I think, but as boy it is really difficult for him to think such thoughts.

Hoda Muthana (26), a U.S. citizen, was once a prominent Isis agitator. Begum is also a member. Kimberly Polman from Canada, a mother to three adult children, all of whom were Isis brides, is another example of Begum’s tight-knit group.

Last week, a British minister said Begum cannot return to the UK to get her British citizenship.

Paul Scully, Business Minister Paul Scully stated to Sky News that he believes the Supreme Court has decided on this issue. The actual case is what I want, but not via broadcast.

“It has now been heard by Supreme Court following a clear decision of the Home Secretary.”

Ms. Scully was asked whether she was still a danger to national security. While I saw the interview in question, I don’t have access to any intelligence documents.

Begum repeatedly denied being involved in terrorist activities. She has also spoken out about her desire to return to the UK and face criminal charges.

Sky had previously heard her say that although she was willing to take on the criminals in court, it is not possible for her.

Begum stated that her decision not to leave the UK when she was a teenager wasn’t made immediately and was something she had ‘thought about’ for some time.

She stated, “I hated Britain but not my life.”

“I felt extremely restricted and couldn’t lead the kind of life I desired in the UK, as a British lady.

Shamima Begum was 15 when she ran away with two other schoolgirls to Syria to marry a Dutch jihadi in 2015. She is accused of trying to recruit others to join before she left - and doing evil jobs for ISIS

Shamima Begum, 15, ran off with two schoolgirls to Syria in 2015 to marry a Dutch Jihadi. Her charges include trying to recruit other people to ISIS before she fled, and performing evil tasks for ISIS.

She claims that she made suicide vests for jihadis.

“I’m willing to face these people and dispute their claims. I am a woman and mother, and I don’t know what I did in IS.

“These claims are made to make me look even worse, because the government don’t have any information on me. It is impossible to prove that anything ever took place.

On asking for forgiveness

“I understand that it is difficult for British people to forgive me, because they live in fear and have lost loved ones due to IS. But I have also lived in fear and have lost my loved ones as a result of IS so I sympathize with their pain.

“It is difficult for people to forgive me, but I truly regret ever having offended anybody by coming here or by any of the words I spoke.”

Message to PM

“I believe I could very easily help you fight terrorism, because you obviously don’t understand what you are doing,”.

She continued, “I want them (the British people) to consider me an asset instead of a threat to their safety.”

The reason she was there

Begum stated that she arrived in Syria to marry, have children, and live a pure Islamic lifestyle.

“The only reason that I traveled to Syria wasn’t for violence.” “I didn’t know that it (the so-called Islamic State), was a death sect. I assumed it was an Islamic group I was signing.  People were feeding me a lot information via the internet.

On justifying  the Manchester Arena bombing

She replied, “I don’t believe one evil can justify another.” My belief is that it’s wrong for women or children to be murdered because of the motives or agendas of others.

When I was asked, I didn’t know much about the Manchester bombing. I was unaware that innocent people died, and I had no idea that many children and women suffered injuries as a result.

Begum stated that it wasn’t right to murder innocents in the name religion.

Which is worse, a terrorist or a criminal?

She stated that the only crime she believed I had committed was coming to Isis. This can even be disproved since I was just 15 at the time.

“If you truly believe that I did this, please bring me back, put me on trial and listen to my story.

“If that is what you truly believe, then don’t think you should just go to prison for it.

“It is a shame that you feel I should be left to rot in this place, rather than facing trial… It’s a democracy and everyone has the right to a fair trial.”

Her new Western look

Begum claimed that she made the decision to remove the hijab for her own good and denies it was an ad hominem.

According to her, she said that hijabs have been off for a while. It was uncomfortable for me to take off the hijab.

“It makes me feel happy to wear the hijab. It’s not something I do for anybody but me.

“I have had numerous opportunities to allow people to take photos of me with my hijab off, but they did not.”

On her decision to lose her citizenship

Begum was asked by Sajid Javid what she would say to him, as she was the Home Secretary at the time Begum lost his British citizenship. Begum replied: “I understand that he removed my citizenship, and it is his responsibility to consider the UK’s interests first.”

He saw a false me in media. “If he had to see me, I think he’d change his mind regarding my citizenship.

Begum stated that she was mistreated and taken advantage to believe she would find an “Islamic paradise”.

She explained that she was speaking online to people who created an image of paradise for her, an Islamic paradise.

They forced me into it. They made me feel guilty for wanting to remain in the UK. Because they were young, they used me.

“I believe that the only crime against me was my coming to this country, so I’d be happy to serve time in prison.  However, the charges against me are justifiable. I will have to defend them.

She stated that she wanted to be able to forgive her family “whenever the time is right”, adding, “I don’t believe they failed me in any way, but I did fail them.”

Begum said she is a victim of grooming by extremists, would now ‘rather die’ than rejoin ISIS and admitted she was wrong to say the Manchester Arena attack was ‘justified’ because of airstrikes that have killed civilians in Syria.  She also said she had no idea ISIS was a ‘death cult’ when she joined.

She told Good Morning Britain: ‘No one can hate me more than I hate myself for what I’ve done and all I can say is I’m sorry and just give me a second chance’, but she added she was ‘groomed and taken advantage of and manipulated into’ travelling to Syria.

She denied that she was a criminal and said, “The only crime I believe I committed was to be dumb enough to join ISIS.”

She begged for her to return to the UK in order to stand trial on terror charges. Asked why she won’t go to Bangladesh, she said: ‘How can a country like the UK, who does not believe in the death penalty, how can they expect me to go to a country where I will be killed?’

“I made a mistake very early in my life,” she said. I understand that it is difficult for British people to forgive me. They have suffered from Isis-related fear and have lost their loved ones. But I have also lived with Isis fear and have lost my loved ones due to Isis. It is hard for me to believe that they will forgive me, but I am sorry if anyone was offended by my coming here or the words I spoke.

While Begum’s innocence is being questioned, some of her London classmates claim she wore an ISIS badge to her blazer as a recruiting tool to get class members into the terrorist group with Amira Abase or Kadiza Sultana. Her previous description of the sight and sound of a severed head was chilling. She described it with a calm, nonchalant tone. Begum She claimed that she enjoyed a “good time” with Isis and justified the terrorist group’s attack on Manchester Arena.

Boris Johnson is also alleged to have been briefed by intelligence officers that she was seen sewing suicide vests onto jihadis and caring for terrorists injured in Raqqa hospital.

Boris Johnson was made to a plea by her to speak to Sajid Javid, who had stripped her British citizenship in his time as Home Secretary. She said that she would be happy to see him face-to face.Your country is clearly fighting extremism, terrorism. I’m here to assist you. I can tell you from my personal experience how these people persuade people in places like Syria.

Begum stated that she arrived in Syria to marry, have children, and live a happy, Islamic lifestyle. She also said, “The reason why I came here was not because of violence.”

She said, “At that time, I didn’t know it (so called Islamic State), was a death-cult. I thought it was an Islamic communiy I was joining.

“I was getting a lot information from the internet.” She claimed she believed she had been ‘groomed, taken advantage of, and manipulated’ into travelling to Syria.

Begum is also not open to the truth about the work she performed for the group. But, reports claim that Begum worked with injured jihadis in Raqqa (northern Syria), which was once the stronghold of the terror group.

Good Morning Britain spoke to her: “I’m willing to face these people and dispute these claims because I am a woman and mother, and I knew nothing about IS.”

These claims were made in order to make me feel worse. The Government doesn’t have any on me.

“There is no evidence since nothing has ever occurred.”

She said, “I would rather die that go back to IS.”

Begum stated that she regretted what she did and apologized for comments made previously about the Manchester Arena bombing.

She replied, “I don’t believe that one evil can justify another.” It is not my belief that children and women should be murdered for the purposes of other people’s motivations.

Begum claimed that she didn’t know women and children had been hurt in Manchester.

When I was asked, I didn’t know much about the Manchester bombing. I was unaware that innocent people died, and I had no idea that many children and women suffered injuries as a result.

Begum stated that it wasn’t right to murder innocents in the name religion.

She also offered her condolences to those affected by Isis’s and terrorist group’s actions.

“I am in another camp. Now, I’m friends. My friends have become my security blanket and make me feel much more confident.

“I have no son so my only concern is my safety. If I am attacked because I took my hijab off it will be on me.

“While I am in camp, I’m working to improve myself. “I’m working to be better because it’s possible.

In an apology she made to the people, she stated: “Ofcourse I am sorry for anybody that was affected by Isis.

‘In my opinion, what they did was wrong. I disagree with it. I am not trying to justify what they did. It isn’t right to murder innocent people under the guise of religion.
