The official spokesperson for Boris Johnson and Downing Street declined to respond to the accusations against the “private individual”.

He was heard saying ‘no, no, no, no’ and waving his hand when approached by a Sky News reporter outside his £2.5m home in London on Tuesday.

Sir Keir was an ex-barrister who said the gravity of the accusations against Johnson were serious and that they needed to be investigated thoroughly.

He added: ‘I don’t think at this stage it’s for me to say what should happen as a result. It takes courage and guts to assert such allegations.

“They need to now be thoroughly investigated by either the Conservative Party or the criminal authorities. These accusations have now been filed and require an investigation.

Chair of the Commons Women and Equalities Committee and Ms Nokes said that her father had inappropriately touched and touched her at the Blackpool conference 2003.

She was at the time preparing to run for Romsey’s Hampshire constituency during 2005 elections, when Mr Johnson stood in Teignbridge in Devon.

Sky News reported that Ms Nokes recalled a man who slapped me hard on my backside and said, “Oh Romsey, I’ve got an amazing seat’.”

Caroline Nokes, Senior Conservative MP (left), and Ailbhe Rea the New Statesman journalist have both been accused by Stanley Johnson of indecently touching them

She said, “Stanley Johnson did this to me before the 2005 election, so it’s Blackpool… 2003/4,” she continued.

“I did not do anything, and that makes me ashamed… I could have done it.”

Sir Keir starmer (Labour leader) praised Ms Nokes’ bravery for speaking up on Tuesday afternoon and asked for an investigation.

After Downing Street claimed that the PM’s father was a private individual, and declined to comment on Ms Nokes’s claims, he made his comments.

According to an official spokesperson for the Prime Minister, he said: “I have not spoken to PM about this.” Damian Hinds spoke this morning, and I believe I can direct you to the actions taken by the Government.

It is essentially about one private individual. It is not my intention to get into the details of specific accusations against any private person. We would encourage anyone who believes they were the victim of harassment in any situation to report this to the authorities.

Chair of Women and Equalities, Mrs Nokes was at that time a potential candidate for Romsey and Southampton North. She made the claim during a Sky News panel discussion.

She said: ‘I can remember a really prominent man – at the time the Conservative candidate for Teignbridge in Devon – smacking me on the backside about as hard as he could and going, ‘oh, Romsey, you’ve got a lovely seat”.

Mrs Nokes stated that Mr Johnson Sr. was the candidate, but he later lost to be elected. Her comment was, “I would be in my 30s and old enough to call out it. It is now a responsibility to shout it out whenever you can.

Responding to the allegation, Mr Johnson Sr said: ‘I have no recollection of Caroline Nokes at all – but there you go. No reply. Good luck and many thanks.

In a subsequent tweet, Ms Rea claimed that Stanley Johnson had also groped her at a Conservative conference party in 2019.

‘I’m thankful to Caroline Nokes because she raised an issue that we all should not have to bear, even the Prime Minister’s dad.

Ms. Rea is in her mid-20s. She grew up in Belfast.

Damian Hinds, Home Office minister, said today that an investigation would be conducted into the claims ‘if it’s appropriate to do so’. Sky News was also told by Nick Thomas-Symonds, shadow home secretary: “Any victim that comes forward we must treat their words very delicately and very carefully.”

Sir Keir stated Tuesday afternoon that the allegations were serious. He said, “I don’t believe at this point it’s my responsibility to decide what should be done.”

“But it takes bravery and courage to speak out about such allegations. These allegations must now be investigated thoroughly by either the Conservative Party of the criminal authorities.

Nick Thomas-Symonds, Shadow Home Secretary, earlier stated that the allegation must be taken ‘extremely seriously’ and’sensitively’.

Ms Nokes also told the BBC earlier today: ‘I have a really single message to men who might commit inappropriate acts towards women. Don’t do that.

Learn from your mistakes, apologise for any offenses and don’t ever do it again.

Yesterday, Mr Johnson Sr. wasn’t wearing a mask when he was waiting for a flight from Dubai Airport to London. He was seen standing next to other passengers, all of whom were wearing masks.

Simon Burnton, Guardian journalist in football, took this picture and tweeted it: “Just back from Dubai and one person didn’t believe masks were for him. Boris Johnson’s father #likefatherlikeson.

According to a biography by the Prime Minister, Charlotte Johnson Wahl (the late Mrs. Johnson Sr.) was hospitalized after she was hit in the 1970s. According to his memoirs, he deeply regrets the incident.

When asked about the accusations, Mr Hinds stated that he didn’t have any information about them. These allegations have been made to me as I heard it this morning or over the weekend.

I can tell you that overall the safety and well-being of girls and women, as well as their freedom from harassment at home, work and on the streets, is the top priority of the government.

“But I am not joining a connection between this and that because we don’t have the information, but if it is possible to conduct an investigation, then of course that will occur.”

He said, “If an investigation is necessary, and if this is the right course of action then that will be done.”

Ms Nokes made this allegation in a cross-party panel discussing ways to deal with violence against women after Sarah Everard was murdered. Her statement was: “I see it now as a responsibility, an absolute obligation to call out where you see it.

“Be the loud, annoying, and aggressive woman in the space because if that happens, my daughter will also not be ready to do it.” Once you get to the point that you are unable to put ”.’, you can say, “Up with this!”

Ms Nokes said that male MPs have rubbed their backs on her in Strangers Bar (in Parliament).

In addition to Jess Philips (Labour MP) and Rosena Alin-Khan (Conservative MP), Fay Jones (Conservative MP) were also present. Sky News hosted the discussion and each politician shared his or her own stories.

Ms Nokes claimed that she was also raped by several men as an eleven-year-old. Shadow minister for domestic violence Ms Philips claimed that she was raped by her former boss at the party.

Shadow minister for mental healthcare, Dr Rosena Allin Khan, said she was harassed when she was junior doctor.

Fay Jones (the Tory MP from Breconshire and Radnorshire) described the incident in which she was slapped by a male when she was 17 years old. Four women asked for the upcoming legislation to make public sexual harassment a criminal offense.

Sky News reports that the Home Secretary supports the move to make the offense within the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill, but it has yet to receive approval from Downing Street.

A biography about the Prime Minister stated that Mr Johnson Sr struck the mother of the Prime Minster in domestic violence. This incident left her with a broken nose, and she needed hospital treatment.

Tom Bower (investigative author) described Mr Johnson Sr.’s first marriage to Charlotte Johnson Jr., calling it violent and unhappy. He also quoted Charlotte as saying, “He broke my nose.” It made me feel that I was deserved.

Charlotte said to the author, “I want the truth told.” Mail On Sunday was contacted by family friends who confirmed that Charlotte’s story, while insisting that it had only been one.

It was said that it occurred in 1970s, when Charlotte was suffering with Obsessive Compulsive Disease and had ‘flailed at Stanley’ when she was ‘flailing back.

The two men added that Stanley was deeply sorry for the incident. Charlotte was taken to hospital and also denied that Stanley had ever been violent.

They had four children, including the future Prime Minster. But she divorced Mr Johnson Sr in 1979. He remarried Jennifer Kidd shortly after, and the couple had two children.

Johnson, who was elected MP but lost his bid to be an MP in 2005, had previously served as a Conservative member for the European Parliament between 1979-84.

The PA news agency reached him and he didn’t immediately reply to our inquiries about these allegations.
