Today, the Countess Of Wessex was in festive mood as she made mince pies and packaged Christmas care packages to send to a Woking charity. 

Sophie, 56, went to The Lighthouse community hub, which offers many services such as a food bank and clothes for children, and financial help for those who live in the area. 

During the visit the royal helped pack Christmas gifts for the children and served breakfast. 

Sophie, a mother of two, looked chic in her monochrome shearling and layered up to keep warm on the way to charity.

While serving croissants to the charity, she was seen talking with residents. 

The Countess enjoyed baking holiday treats and warming croissants in the Lighthouse kitchen, before meeting with the locals. 

Sophie wore a simple face cover during the visit to ensure safety and she was very happy as she laughed with the members of her local community. 

She later helped pack care packages for children, all of whom have been referred to us by local support workers and service providers, containing items like shower gel and toys. 

Lighthouse, a charitable organization that aims to end widespread poverty, offers free haircuts for men as well as advice and support for people who are in debt.

Mother kept it simple with her makeup, choosing a natural pink lip and light-colored eye-shadows. She also used dark mascara and eyeliner.

It’s been a busy week for Sophie who yesterday visited the Disability Initiative (DI) resource centre in Camberley donning a festive Mrs Claus hairband.

During this morning’s visit to Lighthouse, the royal distributed packages to help those who were in greatest need 

During her visit to the Royal, she participated in music and drama and also worked at a few work shops. She helped make chocolate Christmas sculptures as well Christmas wreaths. 

The Disability Initiative’s patron is The Countesss of Wessex. This charity provides support to people with disabilities throughout Surrey, Berkshire, and Hampshire.

A popular favourite of the Queen, the royal also works with numerous mental-health charities in the country.

They include, among others, the National Autistic Society of which she serves as the Patron and Royal Mencap Society for which she ran some of this year’s virtual London Marathon starting from Windsor.
