A documentary claims Jack Shepherd, speedboat killer, might have thrown his victim into the sea before he crashed.

Charlotte Brown, 24, died after Shepherd drunkenly raced along the Thames and flipped his boat – before going on the run.

After the Daily Mail found his Georgia bolthole, in 2019, he was eventually sentenced to manslaughter. Police and Miss Brown’s relatives now say that she may have been in the water even before the accident.

It can also be revealed that Shepherd – a self-styled Casanova who bought his speedboat to ‘pull women’ – got married to someone else just a day after police quizzed him about the accident that killed Miss Brown, from Clacton, Essex.

In December 2015 she was killed in an accident while on her first date with Shepherd, a web designer. Shepherd then attempted to seduce the young woman by taking him along in his speedboat past Parliament Houses. It must have struck a log, he claimed before it capsized in the darkness.

Shepherd, originally from Exeter at the age of 31, was found and saved. Miss Brown then died. His cries for rescuers to help him were heard as he cried out “help me” instead of “us”. New witness evidence has been gathered by ITV in a brand new ITV documentary. The programme features Detective Superintendent Chris Davis, who reveals the testimony of a witness who witnessed the accident before it happened.

He replied, “She had seen Jack Shepherd only from her apartment. She thought he was just looking up. [the]Side of the boat. Charlotte was not visible to her.

Graham, Miss Brown’s father said that he believed something terrible and tragic had happened to Charlotte prior to the impact of the boat on the Pier. They might have had an argument. And maybe, she fell out.

Roz, her distraught mother, said that Charlotte had been thrown from the boat before. He orchestrated it, I think.

Now it can be seen that Shepherd got married the day following his second interview with police on February 8, 2016.

Nine weeks had passed since the crash. His killer had his baby with his wife less than a year following the death of Miss Brown, a business consultant.

Shepherd ran away from his Old Bailey trial in March 2018. His absence resulted in him being sentenced to six-years imprisonment.
