At the event, she said: “I am touched by the efforts to combat knife crime. My heart is broken for anyone who’s been hurt.

Her own experiences as a mother of sons led her to write: “I have three teenage boys.”

“And it’s difficult to find teens in South London that aren’t affected by knife crimes.

Susanna explained how it affects her, pointing out that she was once mugged prior to going on a night of drinking.

Twenty-five years ago I was walking in South London. To go to a night on the town, I’d just pulled out a bunch of cash from a cash machine. A young man approached me to take my bag.

“And as he fled, I chased him. In fact, he actually took my money, and he even dropped my bag.

“But I glanced down at the bag and at my coat. The knife was sharpening across my body and into my clothes, as well as my bag.

Ben Shephard joked that “hot girl summer” was a few months away. Andi Peters, the presenter announced a contest while Susanna stood by a swimming pool.

Susanna stated that it was a bit early to buy a swimsuit. There have been a couple of pounds gained since I was in lockdown. The hot girl summer is only a few months away. You’ll hear it.

Joe Wicks, the TV host admitted that she gained one stone last year during UK lockdown. She said she was struggling to exercise regularly and maintain a healthy diet.

Lorraine Kelly was present at Lorraine Kelly’s time. She said that she went to the doctor to inquire about her skin issues and was told two things.

One is that you quit drinking, or reduce your drinking. The other is that you shed some weight because of the high end of BMI.

“It can sneak up on you without you even realizing it. I stopped snacking because I realized that waking up early can cause energy deficiency and your body will think you have toast, biscuits, and more.
