Emma Raducanu, the Bromley teenage tennis star and her incredible success at Wimbledon in July made her a superstar.
The Mail on Sunday is now able to reveal that she’s landed another multimillion-pound deal with Vodafone Communications.
Sources say that negotiations have been going on for some weeks but Miss Raducanu, 19, signed on the dotted line ‘very recently’ with a contract claimed to be worth £3 million a year. Her role is expected to be revealed in February, according to sources.
Emma Raducanu is pictured in support of Evian water. She won the US Open and became Britain’s first female Grand Slam champion after Virginia Wade.
It is a seven figure deal, which was also announced just days before the BBC Sports Personality Award winner was made public as the global brand ambassador of British Airways.
Miss Raducanu, who was still at school a year ago, is signed with IMG talent management company, where she is looked after by Max Eisenbud – the man behind her fellow tennis player Maria Sharapova’s big-money deals.
Miss Raducanu has been inundated with offers since winning the US Open in September and, as one of the most marketable women in the world, could now be worth in excess of £10 million.
Sources claim that this was a major coup for Vodafone. Emma will now have the logo with her wherever she goes.
“She is the perfect woman for them: normal, successful, and someone young girls want to look up to. Her sign is perfect.
Experts say she is extremely marketable because she is British; she ‘looks the part’; and she speaks fluent Mandarin – something that is exceptionally important in the Far East – and very helpful for big organisations.

Recent comments by Mr Eisenbud to The New York Times stated that “the iron’s hot and we’re striking”
His comparison of his two tennis superstars was made by him: “The real difference between Maria winning Wimbledon, and Emma winning US Open comes down to the social media.”
“There wasn’t social media back in 2004 but it helped make things happen so quickly this time.” This is just warp speed.
The story of the Kent teenager who received her A-level results just weeks after she played at Wimbledon is one that will be a fairytale.
This month, BBC Sports Personality and the Year winner was revealed as an ambassador for British Airways in a deal that is also believed to have a value of seven figures.

Not only talented on the tennis court, she picked up an A* in Mathematics and an A in Economics.
Miss Raducanu became Britain’s first female Grand Slam Champion since Virginia Wade in 1977 when she won the US Open.
The victory also earned her about £2 million in prize money alone. Sports stars are allowed to have as many as six commercial deals across different categories, as long as the genres don’t conflict.
Industry insiders warn that her wins on the tennis courts are essential if she is to keep signing deals.

One replied, “It’s all good for Emma when things are going well. However, if Emma loses control of her life, it will be a time to get the knives out.”
Last week Judy Murray, the mother and tennis coach of Andy Murray said that Miss Raducanu will face a difficult learning curve over the next year.
“She’s tennis and marketing gold dust now, she said. It may initially be thrilling, but it will become exhausting over time.
“It can be difficult for teenagers to integrate into corporate life, but endorsements and sponsorships have obligations as well as personal appearances.
She warned, “And all those require your energy and time.”
