Henry Ford II’s estate has been sold to $105million, according to HBO’s Succession. It includes 42 acres of land and a quarter-mile of oceanfrontage. Access also provides access three ponds and a meditation area.

The property, located in Long Island’s glamorous Hamptons, New York was used in the popular series as one of Roy Family’s houses. 

This luxurious home was originally listed for $175 million in 2017. It was later decreased to $145 million and finally sold this month for $105million. 

The Hamptons has long-been a summer enclave for some of New York’s wealthiest residents, and many celebrities have even purchased homes of their own there – including Jimmy Buffett, Martha Stewart, Jon Bon Jovi, Paul Simon, Jerry Seinfeld, Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé, Gwyneth Paltrow, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downy Jr., Sarah Jessica Parker, and Anderson Cooper.

The home is within walking distance of Howard Stern, a radio and television personality, Ramona Singer from Real Housewives of New York, Brooke Shields, a model and actress, as well as Rick Hilton, a businessman. Nearby is also Southampton Social Club – a well-known upscale bar and restaurant.

It boasts an outside spa, a greenhouse and an outdoor kitchen. There is also a court for tennis, basketball, guest houses, six car garages, meditation gardens and a heated gunite pool (20 feet). This concrete mixture of water, sand and cement has a long-lasting durability.

Douglas Elliman’s recent report shows that Hamptons home sales rose 37% to 2020. Prices climbed 40% to an average of $1.2million.
