It was disclosed that Rita, Davina, and Rita were accompanied by people they knew to take part in this show.

MailOnline was informed by Joel and Davina that Rita has a friend who is a contestant. Davina felt it strange to meet someone she knows, while Joel said Rita does not know Rita personally.

Davina said that a big name might be too much for Mo, but not for me.

“There is a huge name for Mo. He was shocked. That was something I knew, and it was very strange.

Davina stated that she correctly guessed one contestant in this year’s series. Joel added: “Everyone, including me, believed it to be the other.”

Rita will be returning to The Masked Dancer’s judging panel. She was not able to take part in its first series, which saw Oti Mabuse replace her.

The Masked Singer’s last series was shot in September 2020. The singer had to make an apology for not following Covid guidelines after she had thrown a party.

Sources close to Rita said the snub did not have anything to do with Rita breaking the rule and that it was due to scheduling issues. MailOnline reported: “It is common knowledge she’s currently in Australia, and will be filming The Voice over the next few months.

Davina believes that the appeal of the show across all age groups is what makes it so popular.

She said: ‘I’ve noticed that you’ve got five-year-olds and eighty-five-year-olds and they’re all having a blast.

“Even though you don’t know who the person is, you can continue to guess.”

Joel said, “I don’t believe there has been an earlier show that appealed to this broad demographic.”

“Everyone is different, it appeals for all of us.” ITV has to be appealing to many people. This is the beauty and appeal of bookings.

Some highlights from past shows include an emotional rendition by a dragon of Adele’s Make You Feel my Love (Sue Perkins), and the performance by a leather-clad biker badger of Wrecking ball (NeYo).

Joel (36), exclaimed that this was the best series yet.

Joel joked that he gets asked “Who’s the sausage?” It’s easy to just run. I basically hide from the television when they are on. It is not worth the effort to go out.

Mo, 33-years old, is a stand-up comedian who explained to us how celebrities are improving their skills.

“I believe what is happening now is that viewers have seen the show, so they are trying to alter the way people speak. They might even put accents on us to confuse them. The way they sing is also changing.

“People are upping their game so that they don’t get caught out too soon.”

Davina, 54 years old, says that show’s inclusion is the reason it’s so well-received.

“I can’t remember a show more inclusive than this one. I doubt anyone expected it to be that way when it began, but it was. There’s always something to do, and it’s all about guessing who. It is so much fun.

“I try to remember names and other things to refresh my mind, but it is not possible to set myself up as anyone could. She said that it was fun to go in blind.

Jonathan, 61-year-old veteran presenter and broadcaster, shared his insights on the competition among the panelists.

“It is quite hot in certain ways. Everyone pretends it doesn’t matter. Rita wants this series to be a winner. After winning the first two rounds, Rita feels that the hat trick prize is well worth it. My impression is that she has been doing the most poorly of any of us so far. That’s actually quite charming.

“I feel like I’m doing my best, despite all odds. However, that won’t be enough.”

The Masked Singer premiered at ITV in January 1.
