2003: BANNED FROM DRINK-DRIVING AND DRIVING

Ryan was banned from driving and was fined £2,250 as a consequence of drink driving in 2003. 

JUNE 2008: FIND GUILTY OF ASSSAULTING A TAXI DRIVER 

Ryan was taken into custody for assaulting a taxi driver at Oxted, Surrey. Ryan was freed on bail up to February 2008.

In June 2008, he was fined £500 and ordered to pay £300 in compensation  and £450 in legal costs after being found guilty of assault at Guildford Magistrates’ Court, according to News Shopper.

AUGUST 2010, CHARGED WITH ASSSAULTING HIS NOW EX FIANCEE 

After allegedly striking Samantha Miller, his ex-fiancee and mother to Rayn Miller, the singer was arrested for assaulting her. 

At the partner’s request, the charge was later dropped.

MAY 2014: BANNED FROM DRINK-DRIVING FOR 2 YEARS.

Ryan was handed a £3,325 fine and banned from the roads for two years after admitting failing to provide a specimen and causing £120 of criminal damage.

Ryan was seen swerving around erratically by officers at 5.30am April 11th, 2014 as he drove the Audi A3 of his female friend on Uxbridge Road in Ealing.

The court heard that after being taken to a police station, he refused to take a breath test to see if he was over the limit and repeatedly swore at officers, branding one a ‘c***’.

Ryan told police he’d had a vodka, tonic, and rum, and that he thought it was okay to drive. 

Ryan received a two-year driving ban that would be reduced to 18 months after completing a course on drink-driving.

SINGER MAKES HISSELF BANKCRUPT APRIL 2015. 

In April 2015, the singer filed paperwork at Central London County Court.

MailOnline heard from his spokesperson at that time, that he had made his decision because he wanted to ensure the best future for his two children.

MailOnline was informed by a representative that Lee tried to handle his financial obligations over the years but finally decided to file for bankruptcy to protect his family’s future.

AUGUST 2019, RYAN CONTACTS HER STRUGLES WITH ALCOHOL

Ryan spoke about his struggles with alcohol and described himself as having been a ‘good alcoholic’ for ten years.

Blue once said that he used to drink whiskey every day in order to “numb the pain”, but now he is happy with his decision.

Speaking to The Sun Online at the time, he said: ‘I still struggle now and again. I struggle in my own way that I don’t use drink to forget and that was the point.’

Although he said he was happy that he didn’t become dependent on drugs, he also admitted that he had ‘dabbled with’ them in the past.

Ryan stopped drinking alcohol last year when he performed on Strictly Come Dancing, but started to drink again after his performance.

Blue wrote in All Rise that he had a weak mental condition when he first appeared on Celebrity Big Brother 2014. 

AUGUST 2020: BANNED FROM DIVING SIX MONTHS BY SPEEDING TWICE 

Ryan was stopped from driving for six month after he was caught speeding twice in three months.

According to him, he drove 85 mph in his Mercedes while driving on the M1 highway near Sheffield on May 19, 2019.

The driver was also caught speeding at 58 miles per hour in a 50-mph zone as he drove through Eltham (south-east London) on August 14, 2019. He did not respond to police regarding who was driving.

Ryan, who had nine points on his licence, was disqualified from driving for six months, handed a £120 fine and told to pay costs of £142 – totalling £262. 

JULY 2021: HE DENIES CLAIMS OF TRANSPHOBIA AFTER FOUL-MOUTHED ATTACK ON A DRAG QUEEN

Last year, Ryan furiously denied claims he is transphobic or homophobic after he became embroiled in a vicious spat with a drag queen on Instagram.

He sarcastically commented on gender identity, posting to his 172,000 followers: ‘I might start identifying myself as an alien / star / seed / indigo child. You are not human. Respect my wishes.

Layla Zee Susan, a drag queen whose real name is Sammy Shepherd, challenged Ryan after the post. Ryan then launched an attack against Layla.

Ryan spoke out about the split with The Sun. He said, “I’m bisexual. My bandmate’s gay. I wouldn’t disrespect anybody like that.”

“I usually ignore such things but when it happens, it’s almost like someone calling me racist. Duncan wears drag all the time, and Blue loves him. [gay]This is what I did – it really annoyed me.

“Some of my closest friends are gay. He was not in drag, and I did not say anything about it.   

BANNED 12 MONTHS FROM DIVING IN AUGUST 2021

The singer was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £660 as he appeared at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court via remote link from Spain.

He said he had no money after he was ordered to pay £1,501 in total, including court costs, telling the court: ‘I just don’t have any money.’

According to court papers, he was accused of driving a Mercedes at 70 mph within a 60 mph zone on an A road in Peterborough, Fletton Parkway on August 8, 2020 and driving at 71 mph on that same road on Aug 22, 2020.

Because there was no way to prove the driver, these charges were dropped.

Ryan faced two charges of failure to disclose information concerning the identification and driving of the driver. He was found guilty by magistrates.

Ryan was disqualified from driving after receiving two points in six. 

APRIL 20,22: COMPANY SUFFERS FROM DEBTS 

It was revealed his company had gone bust with debts totalling £69,000.

Lee Bee Ltd was placed into voluntary liquidation due to owing the huge amount, including an estimated £15,000 to HMRC and £50,000 to Metro Bank.

In 2019, the firm was founded. It had no cash to repay its creditors. Stuart Rathmell, a liquidator, began winding down the company on March 17.  

The debts also include £4,000 owed to the Blue singer, 38, who is the sole director.

According to records, his only other active company Catch A Dream Productions Ltd filed accounts on March 23, which revealed debts of £2,175. 

JULY 2022: ALLEGEDLY ARRESTED & REMOVED FROM FLIGHT 

Ryan, who was allegedly abusive toward cabin crew after they refused him alcohol, was pulled from an aircraft by British Airways police.

The man was arrested at London City Airport by the police on suspicion of offences against public order. He was released twelve hours later to continue investigation. 

During the flight, staff are believed to have radioed ahead to the authorities on the ground, prompting a police van to meet Ryan on the runway. 

Ryan, who was taken off the plane by his flight attendants, is thought to have been handcuffed, arrested and placed in custody on suspicion of public disorder offences. He spent the night locked up.
