Tubb was a left-arm-spinner and represented Tasmania in late 1990s. He has now become a coach at Adelaide’s Prince Alfred College, an elite private school that boasts many of the best young cricketers in South Australia.

Cricket Australia and Tubb refused to comment on the allegations.

After a 2017 sexting scandal, Paine and Bonnie were forced to resign as captain
After revelations about what Paine sent to the woman between November 22nd and 23 2017, 36-year-old Paine resigned as Australia’s Test cricket Captain.
He sent a picture of his penis and a string of X-rated texts messages to his female coworker.
‘Will you want to taste my d**k?? F**k me, I’m seriously hard,’ one of the messages sent to the Cricket Tasmania employee read.
Paine, who has led the team since the Sandpapergate ball-tampering scandal in 2018, held a press conference at 2.30pm on Friday where he tearfully apologised and announced he would step down.
He said, “It’s an extremely difficult decision but it’s the right one to me, my family and cricket.” Paine will be available to select for The Ashes series but his spot in the team is still uncertain.

Tim Paine, father of two is married to Bonnie for five years.
The lewd messages were sent on November 22 and 23, 2017, the eve and morning of the first Ashes Test at the Gabba in Brisbane.
Cricket Australia didn’t know about the messages until Paine, the Test captain appointed in March 2018, in the aftermath of the scandal with ball-tampering.

However, the complaints were only made about seven months later when the woman was charged with stealing. These charges remain before the courts.
Andrew Gaggin, chairman of Cricket Tasmania, said that the woman had been fired by the organization earlier but didn’t bring up the messages.
Mr Gaggin stated that they investigated the matter as soon as possible and ‘decided the interaction to be consensual, personal, only between mature adults, and not repeated’.
He stated that “Cricket Tasmania does not condone such behavior and has addressed it directly with Tim Paine.”
“However, it was determined due to the consensual character of the actions that no further action was needed or appropriate.

Paine’s wife Bonnie, whom he has been married to for five years, was aware of the messages at the time but chose to stick by him

Bonnie works as a nurse in cosmetic surgery at Sanctum Medical Aesthetics, Hobart.
Paine claimed at his press conference that he had been exonerated in these investigations which concluded that he did no breach of the code.
Bonnie, Bonnie’s wife, with whom he was married for five years, also knew the messages and chose to support him.
He said that he was exonerated but regretted the incident and does so today.
“I was speaking to my spouse and relatives at the time. I’m so grateful for their support and forgiveness.
“We believed that this incident had passed and we could now focus on the team as we have for the past three to four years.
“However, I was unaware that the private text exchange would be made public.
Reflection: My actions for 2017 aren’t up to standard as a cricket captain in Australia or within the larger community.
“I deeply regret the pain, hurt, and distress that I have caused my wife and family as well as the other person. I am sorry that this has done to the sport’s image.

Paine made his resignation public in a Friday statement. He also held a Friday press conference at 2.30pm where he criedfully apologized.

“I’ve loved my role …’,” he stated, his voice cracked as he wept away a tear.
“It has been the most honor of my sporting career to be a part of the Australian men’s test team. It’s been an honor to work with my team and I am grateful.
“To them, they ask for understanding and their forgiveness. Australian cricket fans: I’m deeply sorry about my behaviour on the Ashes.
I apologize for any disappointment caused to cricket fans or the whole community. It breaks my heart that I have let down an amazing, supportive, loving family.
“They’ve always been there for me and have been my biggest fans. I am indebted to their support.”
Richard Freudenstein, Cricket Australia chairman, issued minutes prior a statement for Paine on his behalf, annoucing the captain’s resignation.

Paine was appointed the Australian cricket’s hero after Steve Smith, vice-captain David Warner, and opener Cameron Bancroft were all suspended.

Paine stated on Friday, “I talked to my wife at that time and I am tremendously grateful for your forgiveness and support.”

This type of behavior or language is not acceptable by the ‘CA.
“Despite his mistake, Tim is an outstanding leader and the Board would like to thank him for his exceptional service.
Through the Ashes, ‘Tim’ will still be available for selection as a Test player.
