A tiny one-bed flat has gone on the market for the ‘mad’ price of £430,000 – despite being so small it looks like a shed.
The 323 square foot property in Hackney, north London, boasts modern decor and a clean, minimalist appearance – but has been likened to a ‘fancy’ outbuilding.
The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room, along with a bathroom downstairs, and features a small first floor area featuring a small bedroom.
It is on sale via Zoopla for £429,950.
The one-bed property, located at the bottom of the garden of a terraced house, backs onto a car park, and Andrew Wilcox, founder and head judge of Shed of the Year, likened it to a garden shack.
