Tom’s former band The Wanted announced that they would be back for an album and live show last year. This was seven years after the announcement of their dissolution. All proceeds will benefit cancer research.

The original plan was to have the singers reformed for the 10th anniversary of their marriage in 2020. But, they were forced to cancel due to the worldwide pandemic.

Tom put on a major concert at London’s Royal Albert Hall in an effort to raise vital funds for medical research. He discovered that just 1% of National Cancer Research Budget was spent researching new treatments for brain cancers.
