Today’s Tory Tory MP attacked a “coward” who threatened her life before Christmas.
Ynys Môn MP Virginia Crosbie revealed she received a letter with a drawing of a noose and the words ‘traitors hang’ at her Anglesey office on December 23.
According to her, police were looking into the note. She also vowed that they would not let it intimidate them.
“I will continue to perform the task I was elected to by the Anglesey people and the coward or cowards that sent this note won’t undermine democracy.
“Too often this kind of behavior is tolerated, but not by me. I will use every tool available to chase down those who might threaten me, my family and my staff.

‘The police have launched a wide-ranging investigation to find the people behind this threat and I thank them for taking it so seriously. The police have many avenues of investigation. I’m waiting for an update.
“This destructive behavior is harming democracy, and it stops people (especially women) from running for public office. It is not allowed in society. My approach to it remains zero tolerance.
“It is vital that in democratic societies, we can have differences and discuss them. Not death threats.
“I want to thank my staff for their hard work, even if they have to use cowardly communication to open the mail. It shouldn’t be.
The letter was released today by the author. She also asked for anyone who recognized the handwriting of the writer to contact North Wales Police.
