Camilla Akerberg, a personal trainer and model, is often asked by fans how she manages to get her ab muscles so defined. 

And now, the 32-year-old from Sydney has reveals the three nutrition products she uses to shred fat and gain muscle for an enviable rock-hard stomach.  

Camilla posted an Instagram message stating that she uses Women’s Best for pre-workouts, branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), and protein shakes.

In an Instagram post, Camilla said she supports her body before, during and after a workout by using Women's Best pre-workout, Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) and Whey Protein

Camilla previously spoke to FEMAIL and shared her daily routine that keeps her fit.

‘I tend to eat a mostly pescatarian diet because it works for me, although I occasionally eat other meats. She said that she avoids processed food and added sugars, but admitted to having a huge sweet tooth.

“I eat mostly healthy, and try to eat fresh and real food as often as I can – with supplements added to increase my nutrition intake.

Camilla previously spoke to FEMAIL and shared her daily nutrition plan that keeps her fit. 

Camilla usually rises at 5.30 AM to enjoy breakfast and some vitamins.

She said, “I’ll have apple cider vinegar in the morning with a large glass of water and some squeezed lemon juice,”

I have found that it is convenient to include my water soluble vitamins and supergreens in the mix. It’s also convenient to grab a quick, on-the-go meal. This morning I had a slice of frittata.

Her supplements include iron, curcumin and multivitamins.

Camilla Akerberg’s plate: 

Pre-breakfast, 5.30am: A large glass of water, some lemon juice, supergreens, and an apple cider vinegar recipe are all good options.

Breakfast, 9am:2 hardboiled eggs, two avocados, two smoked salmon, rockets, tomato, avocado and feta

At 11.30 AM, training: Water-soluble Branch Chained Amino Amino Acids

Lunch, 1pm:Broccoli, tuna, brown rice/quinoa mixture, pesto, and broccoli

Snack, 3pm: Hummus, carrots

Snack, 5pm: Carob and blueberries

Dinner, 7pm: Barramundi greens, cabbage, rocket, nuts, pear, and pumpkin

Evening snack, 8.30pm: Casein supplement and blueberries

After she’s completed her training, she can enjoy breakfast around 9:00 am.

For breakfast, you will usually find two softboiled eggs, smoked fish, tomatoes, avocados, and small pieces of feta.

“I’ve been decaffeinated for a while in an effort to lower my stimulant intake. She said that this is a good thing to do once in awhile if you drink lots of coffee and take preworkout.

Camilla does resistance training every morning at 11:30. She also takes BCAAs, branched-chained amino acids.

She said that she uses BCAAs while training (and occasionally throughout the day). They help muscle recovery, protein synthesis and give her energy.

Lunch begins at 1 p.m. and includes a quick, nutritious meal like brown rice, tuna and pesto, and ends at 3 p.m. with a snack of often hummus, carrots, and sometimes some bread.

At 5pm, her second snack is usually a small piece of blueberries and carob chocolate.

At 7pm, dinner will be served. It is usually fish.

Finally, Camilla always has an evening snack before bed as well which consists of a casein supplement and blueberries.
