Donald Trump arrived at his Manhattan address on Tuesday night after the Florida raid. Investigators searched Melania Trump’s clothes and ransacked his Florida office.

Trump (74) continued to express his anger on Tuesday about the raid. It is thought that it was carried out to find documents the former president had taken from the White House.

All presidential documentation and correspondence must be turned over to National Archives. It has become clear that Trump didn’t comply with the law since February. Several documents were not returned to the National Archives by Trump at the start of the year.

FBI agents were inside the 128-room Florida estate for nine hours on Monday, with 30 agents roaming through the entire 3,000-square-foot private quarters.

The investigators searched the master bedroom, known as the Versailles Room, which Melania Trump renovated two years ago, The New York Post reported.

Although the Justice Department did not comment on the raid which, analysts stated would need to have been approved at the highest levels of government, they didn’t.

According to sources, Trump’s lawyers, including Evan Corcoran were cooperating with federal authorities in order to return the documents. The process began May 2021, when some missing records were discovered.

Fox News reported that Eric Trump, his son, informed his father about the raid.

In a statement, the former President claimed that he had been a victim to political persecution.

‘These dark times are for our nation, as my beautiful house, Mar-A-Lago (Palm Beach), Florida, is currently being under siege, raided and occupied by a large team of FBI agents’ Trump declared through his Save America PAC.

“I stood up against America’s bureaucratic corruption and restored power to people. I delivered for my Country like nothing else.”

It was hated by the establishment.

“Now they want to stop me and the Republican Party once again, while they see my endorsed candidates win huge victories and my dominance on all polls.

“The Witch Hunt, lawlessness, political persecution and witch hunt must be revealed and stopped.”
