Heidi Aragon was a personal training specialist in Orange County.
Heidi caught the man looking at her several times while recording her workout.
This footage captures the man watching Heidi at work, even though her husband was standing between them.
She stated, “I quit exercising and decided to stare back.” “I believed he had the photo.”
She tried to perform another set but realized that the stranger was staring at them when she went back to try again. He initially denied her claim that she was angry and she eventually walked up to him.
She said that he had to tell her that if he wants to work in this corner, he should stop staring at me and making it uncomfortable. “His reply was, I’m looking around.”
In order to keep her from seeing her husband, The TikToker asked her husband to come work out with her in front. He continued his observation.
Heidi was so annoyed that she began staring at him pack, thinking he would get it.
But the stranger kept staring at her and eventually she was forced to confront him.
“I then explained to him that I had recorded all my exercises, and I also have his film,” she said. ‘He shut up real quick.’
Heidi posted her fury last month and it has been viewed over 17.4 million times.
‘Don’t sit there and tell me you’re not doing something when I have proof,’ she wrote in the caption.
Nearly 30,000 people have commented on the video of the trainer. While many have praised her for calling out strangers, some men defended their actions.
Heidi claimed that the man said he was just looking around but then he “shut down” when he discovered Heidi had recorded her workouts.
While the video was viewed over 17.4 million times and fans were proud of her confronting him, critics attempted to blame her for her attire.
Commenters attacked the man and those who commented on his actions at the gym.
Criticisms that missed the point blame Heidi for her purple leggings, crop top and cropped pants. They argue she also posts videos where she works out with thousands of others to view.
He can’t stare at her repeatedly just because she wears a particular type of pants. This is not an difficult concept,” one individual wrote.
