A new non-invasive IPL treatment that clears pigmentation in women has been raved about by many. It takes just 20 minutes and can be done within nine weeks.
Lisa Cruess, 33, from London, who suffered from hyperpigmentation and sun damage, opted for Lumecca – a 20-minute strong IPL treatment which targets sun damage, freckles, hyper pigmentation, age spots, thread veins and rosacea – to get her skin in its best possible condition for her first post-Covid wedding.

Susan, who runs SV Aesthetics, based in London, and performs the treatment on numerous clients for £200 a session, shares the pictures of the transformations on her Instagram page.

Lisa who attended three sessions explained that she had always been affected by hyperpigmentation, sun damage, and summer hormone changes.
“No matter how many products I tried to improve my skin, nothing made it better and it was difficult for me to conceal the pigmentation using make-up,” she stated. Lumecca was the right treatment for me because it allowed me to attend my first wedding since lockdown.

Susan explained that during every appointment she used a gel on her face, then applied the laser to twice more of her face. Susan also wore glasses to protect her eyes from bright sunlight.
She said that while the laser zap did occasionally feel uncomfortable for a few seconds, the overall treatment was painless and quick. “I experienced no redness, soreness, or downtime after treatment.
“Freckles first appeared darker, then they disappeared after 10 days.” She said.
