Alec Baldwin was a troubled actor who enjoyed a sunny day at the Hamptons beach, Long Island, as part of an investigation into Halyna HUTCHINS, his cinematographer on set of Rust.
Baldwin (63 years old) was photographed on Sunday with his three children and Hilaria. The temperatures were still in the 40s but had dropped to the 30s by noon.
As they walked along the beach, the Baldwin family seemed appropriately dressed for the weather. They wore large winter jackets as well as boots.
However, the family decided not to stay too long at Little Alberts Landing Beach in wintery conditions. Instead they only remained there for around 15 minutes after throwing seaweed into the water.

Each member of the family was dressed in winter wear as they walked down the private beach.

Baldwin appeared almost serious as he gazed into the Atlantic Ocean.
Baldwin watched his son climb the dunes under freezing conditions on Sunday.
Baldwin made his way along the beach, passing through tall grass. The investigation into Baldwin’s shooting continued.

Baldwin’s children started to feel too cold after a while, with temperatures in the 40s.
Baldwin, who is 63 years old, made some phone calls while having fun. Santa Fe sheriffs had issued a warrant to search for Baldwin.
The Baldwin family’s outing began at around 11am, with the clan heading to a wooded area before making their way to the Little Alberts Landing Beach just a few miles from their house
The Baldwin family’s excursion began around 11 am, when the clan headed towards a wooded area belonging to the elite Hampton’s. At noon they made their way to an empty beach.
One time, after hurling some seaweed into a ocean, the actor appeared ponderous and looked out over the sea.
Baldwin, who is a father of seven kids, made some phone calls while he was having fun. New Mexico’s Sante Fe sheriffs issued a search warrant.
As he strolled along the shore, he was wearing a dark winter coat and pants.
The children were too cold for Baldwin and they fled within fifteen minutes.
Baldwin held his son’s hand while the boy tried to protect his face against the wind.
He took some seaweed out of his son’s hands and threw it back into the water.
Baldwin, while his children were busy, walked along the private beach with his cellphone.
The Baldwin family was the only other people on the beach Sunday.
After walking through a forest, the Baldwins found their way down to the seashore.
This entire experience lasted about fifteen minutes. Then, the kids seemed too cold.
Since their departure of Manhattan on Friday, the Baldwins have been spending Christmastime in Hamptons.
Baldwin was photographed at 8.30 AM loading up his Escalade black with luggage and bags, apparently for an extended vacation.
Before he filled up the car with their belongings, he climbed into the backseat of the vehicle and left with his driver.
Hilaria, his wife of 37 years, and him needed to transport two additional SUVs in order to fit their six children (nannies, and 6 kids), who each required a booster or car seat depending on the age.
Alex Baldwin was seen in his SUV packing with the belongings of his family on Friday morning
A box of new toys was found in the dad’s attic, and it could have been Christmas gifts for Hilaria or his kids.
This family did not travel light. They appeared to be leaving town for Christmas.
Just one day before their big trip, Hilaria slammed the paparazzi on her Instagram Stories and warned them to ‘stay away’ from her husband. Hilaria shared video footage showing the photographers taking their photos, saying they had intentionally provoked him.
The caption to the clip read: “These people want to taunt Alec,” “This isn’t good for ptsd. It’s not hard to see why. Although I can understand why you guys would want to make more money, this is still disgusting. And those of you who pay for these photos — shame.’
A second post was written by her asking for the paparazzi’s to be stopped, and vowing that she would protect her family.
She insisted, “Stop escaping from him!” “Stop it now. Show some humanity. Don’t think about attention and money. Allow the investigation to take place [its]It will all work out. He doesn’t have to be traumatized every step. I love my family.
This confrontation occurred outside Woody Allen’s Upper East Side house, where Jon Levine, the reporter was waiting to interview Baldwin on the subject of the Rust shooting.
Baldwin, a furious man who was gripping an umbrella and lunging at New York Post reporters on December 2, 2010, was captured on video.
The family’s departure on Friday also came just one day after Baldwin took to Twitter to deny that he had requested a larger Colt gun before Hutchins was fatally shot on the set of Rust.
A Newsweek article he tweeted claimed that he requested a larger gun prior to the accident shooting.
Baldwin said, “This is in fact a lie,” and he wrote it over the link.
“The decisions regarding props for RUST by me were made several weeks prior to production started. It is absurd to claim that there were any modifications made prior to the shooting of fatal scenes,’ he said.
His tweet came after Sante Fe sheriffs in New Mexico issued a search warrant for his iPhone in regards to the fatal October 21 shooting.
As part of their investigation, the warrant allows police to access all texts and photos from the victim’s cell phone, along with any location data.
Baldwin was seen making calls on his cell phone shortly after the shooting. Judge David Segura in Santa Fe approved the request for a search warrant on Thursday afternoon.

On Friday, the family left just one day after Baldwin posted on Twitter that he denied asking for a bigger Colt gun. This was only one day before Hutchins was shot to death on Rust.
Detective Alexandria Hancock — referred to as the ‘affiant’ in the warrant — said that they requested Baldwin hand over his phone, but the actor and his lawyers said that they require a warrant first.
“Affiant demanded Alec’s cell phone as well as his lawyer and was directed to get a warrant,” the warrant request stated.
Hancock, in the request for the warrant, spelled out in detail what she wanted to obtain from Baldwin’s phone — a list that included his contacts, call records, photos, videos, and text messages.
According to the warrant request, ‘Affiant requests a warrant to seize and search Alec Baldwin’s cell phone in order to search for evidence related to Halyna’s death investigation’.
“Affiant thinks there might be evidence on the telephone, because individuals used cellular phones during or after the crime(s).
If it is available, this information may be relevant and material to the investigation.
Affiant was also informed that there had been several texts and emails sent concerning the film production of Rust.
According to the search warrant Baldwin said that he had exchanged emails about which gun style to use for the movie with Hannah Gutierrez Reed.
Finally, they settled on the Colt.45 pistol.
Halyna Hutchins (42), died at Rust after a gun Baldwin was using ‘went away’ and was shot.
Baldwin, who spoke to investigators regarding the shooting death of Hutchins, was seen October 21. The team investigating Hutchins’s death is currently looking for Baldwin’s phone.
Baldwin had been handed the antique pistol for the scene and was told that it was ‘cold’ — not loaded.
While he was practicing for a scene, he pulled out his gun and then later stated in an interview with ABC, that he had never pulled the trigger but that the gun did go off.
Hutchins (a 42-year old cinematographer) was killed and shot. Joel Souza (director of the film) was also shot in the shoulder but survived.
It’s not known why New Mexico police took so long to seize Baldwin’s mobile phone.
Actor has insistently stated that he cooperated fully with the investigation.
Dave Halls was the assistant director and saw Baldwin. He confirmed Baldwin’s story through his lawyer.
Baldwin spoke with George Stephanopoulos on the sad shooting in an interview that aired Dec 2, and said: “Someone is responsible, I can’t name who, but it’s certainly not me.”
Baldwin remembered how Baldwin stood for 60 seconds over her before being led out. Did she feel conscious? Stephanopoulos asked. He replied, “My recollection says yes.”
After a cop showed him a photograph of the shrapnel taken from Souza’s arms, he said that ‘nobody knew’ about it.
After that, he described the ‘anguish and insanity’ of having a live bullet put in his gun. “She lay there, and for quite some time I was shocked at the length of time they took to get her into a vehicle or out. But they kept waiting until they could get a helicopter.
“And when the helicopter flew with her, it was literally like we had all been stuffed to the stomach for that whole process.”
“When she left, I didn’t know how many days she had been there. You can’t disbelieve that there is a live round in a gun. But she said, “She’s stable.”
‘At the conclusion of my interview, the sheriff’s department told me that she had not made it. The officers told me right then.
He continued, “That’s when i went outside to call my wife.”
Baldwin stated that people in the know have told him that it’s highly unlikely that he will face criminal charges.
Baldwin said to Stephanopoulos, “Someone is responsible, and I cannot say who it might be, but it is not me.”
Honest to God: If I had believed that I was responsible for the death, I would have probably committed suicide. That’s something I won’t mince.
In addition, he was critical of former President Donald Trump for suggesting that Trump had ‘loaded’ the gun.
“He claimed that I deliberately did it. The president of the United States makes a statement about this sad situation just when it seems impossible to imagine things getting more bizarre.
Jon Levine, New York Post’s editor-in-chief, attempted to interview the actor regarding the claim.
Baldwin declined to engage. His wife Hilaria repeated his request to Baldwin to go and ask him to please leave while she was training her phone camera to capture the conversation.
Levine first met the couple when they were about to leave Woody Allen’s Manhattan Townhouse.
Baldwin attacked Levine while grasping his umbrella as he tried to ask questions about the shooting and then yelled at him, claiming he couldn’t be allowed on any private property.
He didn’t get in touch with the reporter who informed him that the sidewalk is public property.
Baldwin shared an Instagram snap of himself holding one of six of his children shortly after the interview airs.
“No matter what happens to you. Whatever I go through. Any situation, winning or losing. Anything. He wrote, “No one can take from me the joy, love, and support you’ve given me @hilariabaldwin.”
These are difficult times. The air is suffocating with hate. You have given me reason to live. My only concern is my family and our lives together. You can’t ask for anything else. You owe it to me.
