Today, Kim Kardashian won the Blac Chyna lawsuit against her and her family. A judge dismissed the accusation of defamation against her.

Michael Rhodes, the Kardashians’ attorney filed a motion seeking a directed verdict asking Judge Gregory Alarcon not to grant Kim relief from the defamation claims Chyna had brought against four members of her family.

Chyna is suing the Kris Jenner, Kim and Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner for defamation and interference with contract, alleging they sought to get her ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ spinoff ‘Rob & Chyna,’ canceled before its second season.

The Kardashian clan members and the Jenner clan testified at the trial that Chyna was physically abusive towards Rob Kardashian throughout their troubled relationship. One of the allegations was that Chyna pulled out a gun and beat Rob with a pole.

Rhodes claimed that Kim’s comments in email to family members and E! were defamatory. Defamatory comments were made by executives.

The judge concurred, writing in his written ruling, that Chyna’s handwritten brief regarding the matter, which was submitted by Lynne Ciani’s attorney on Chyna, “fails” to prove Kim Kardashian’s defamatory statements.

Blac Chyna’s lawyer has charged the Kardashians with ‘gaslighting’ jurors during their $108million defamation case (pictured at court yesterday).

On Friday, the judge rule in his written ruling that a hand-written brief on the issue handed in by Chyna's attorney, Lynne Ciani, 'fails to establish a defamatory statement made by Kim Kardashian.'

In a written ruling, Friday’s judge determined that Chyna’s brief, which was hand-written on the subject by Lynne Ciani (Chyna’s lawyer), ‘fails’ to establish Kim Kardashian’s defamatory statements.

“The motion for directed verdict as to Kim Kardashian is granted in the defamatory cause action.

According to the ruling, there is no evidence Kim Kardashian played a responsible part in publishing the statements of other defendants.

In the bitter trial, Chyna wants to recover around $40 million in lost earnings as well as around $60 million in future earnings.

According to courtroom reports, Judge Alarcon and Chyna’s attorney had a heated exchange before the deliberations began.

It was so intense that the court reporter needed to intervene and demand that they refrain from speaking in unison.

Rhodes, Kardashians’ lawyer, made reference to Chyna leaving their home and leaving with their baby girl, their ‘big fight.’

Kim Kardashian, sketched in court last week, testified on Tuesday that she was uncomfortable filming scenes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians with Blac Chyna after she allegedly hit her brother, Rob, with a metal rod

Chyna rebutted that the couple had broken up during her testimony. Rhodes said today that she had to prove to jurors that her relationship is still good because the network wants to keep her on the show.

“This relationship was not one that any TV network executive desires.”

E! E!

Court was told by a Rob producer who went to Chyna telling her she could not have another season without her marriage to Rob.

But her reaction to the suggestion, said Rhodes today was, ‘F—— no, f—that. F___ Rob. F___ Rob.

He then asked him, “Is that the type of relationship you’d like to have your romantic comedy built around?” ‘Somebody who would say that to her baby’s father…..Would you put this on the air.

Asking the jury to ‘walk with me’ over to his clients, he pointed at them and said, ‘This is the child’s grandmother, her aunts…..’

The jury is still deliberating on the other allegations being made by Chyna

The jury continues to deliberate on Chyna’s other accusations

Rhodes, speaking on Rob Kardashian’s ‘painful and agonizing’ face yesterday during Rhodes’ testimony, said that it was real. It is a real, loving family. They’re not only famous but real people.

‘Just because Rob is a big guy, doesn’t mean he can’t be a victim. What would it feel like to see your child go through something similar? Photos Rob. How did he appear? Is that a fake?

Rhodes asked the jury to consider the email that Kylie and Khloe sent about Chyna complaining after the huge bust up.

Rhodes asked Chyna if she had beat Rob. Yes, she did. Yes, it was. It was true.

He said that Chyna denied that the incident had occurred, and that she was trying to convince him that he believed it.

Rhodes said that several executives from E! According to Rhodes, several E! executives and NBCUniversal’s parent company confirmed that Rob and Chyna had never been renewed. “There wasn’t a second season he,” he added.

He claimed that Chyna hid her money and didn’t file tax returns for three consecutive years.

“You cheated government. But we’re giving you millions of dollars. Is that correct?” He asked the jury and said that she had been ordered to give him her financial records. He replied, “That’s hiding.”

In earlier testimony, Chyna was accused of smashing the TV, bedroom doors and Christmas gingerbread houses during their December 15, 2016 saga.

Rhodes stated that “The gingerbread house is ridiculously extravagant and lovely’, just as the Kardashians.” It was her way of venting her frustration on all she didn’t want to be.

The defense attorney ended the closing settlement by telling jurors that it was time for family members to begin to heal. That means that we need to be convicted in defense. And if you don’t, it will go on for ever.
