Jemma is the face of High Street chemists this Christmas season. They are leading with the slogan “Bags of Joy” for their Christmas advert.

The advert opens with Jemma’s character Joy receiving her magical backpack that has the power to make Christmas truly magical. It also delivers the perfect gifts for her family and friends at every opportunity

Joy is shocked to discover that the bag contains an endless supply of products. She flips the bag upside down and covers her bed in products before lying in the middle.

Then she heads to a bar where she dances the night away with friends. Until a camera miraculously appears in her bag and snaps a photo of them laughing.

Then, she joins her family for Christmas decorating and asks the bags to find baubles. She only receives bubbles in this light-hearted moment.

Joy also decorates a snowwoman by adding eye lashes and dressing in a stunning red jacket, before she visits her family for Christmas.

But to her shock, after pulling out one item, Joy (pictured) soon discovers there's a never-ending supply of goodies in the bag - all she has to do is think about what she wants

“The story of Joy’s Nan and Christmas is a perfect example of the spirit of Christmas. It reflects what many families will do this year. This makes heartwarming memories that are worth keeping even after a year apart in 2020.
