Adele fans question the singer’s assertion that COVID infections in her crew and delivery delays caused her cancellation of her Las Vegas residency. She did so with just 24 hours notice.

A sob video was uploaded by the singer to her social media accounts on Thursday. In it, she apologized through tears for making such a poor choice and told followers that “My show isn’t ready.” She claimed the delays in delivery had ruined her production and she was out of town with COVID.

She has now cancelled all the scheduled shows that she was putting on between January 2018 and April 2019. The tickets were expensive and many fans paid hundreds of dollars for them. Now, they are available to be refunded in full or to keep them as a souvenir.

Many of those who traveled thousands to be there are still paying for their hotel room and flights. They also had to pay for a COVID test at a lab to be taken within 48 hours of the show –  a requirement to get in.

Caesars Palace claimed online that all guests will receive a refund of their room at no additional cost.

DailyMail.com received some complaints from customers that partial refunds are not being given to them. They are trying to cancel the reservation within 24 hours.

Dawn Sinko, designer from L.A., spent nearly $4,000 on tickets and $1,500 on a room at Caesars for three nights. Now, she says Caesars is refusing to give her a refund for the first night even though it canceled the event

Dawn Sinko (a designer hailing from Los Angeles) spent over $4,000 to buy tickets and $1500 on three nights in a Caesars hotel room. She claims that Caesars refused to refund her for the first night, even though the event was canceled.

DailyMail.com told her that the hotel had agreed to reimburse her for second and third nights, but not first.

“This is insane.” She said that although she could understand it if the hotel was different, it is the one where the cancellation was made.

Sinko, a diehard Adele fan, said that she would never “hate” Adele. However Sinko was sorely disappointed when Adele cancelled at the last minute.

She said she didn’t buy the idea that the show had been cancelled because of crew sickness, delivery delays or other reasons. But something must be going on.

I don’t know why Adele waited until the very last minute to cancel her contract. While it was still terrible, even just two or three days prior would have helped. I packed my bag and went to check in for my flight.

Sinko purchased four tickets for $877 each to go to the first show. She stated that she would not mind paying more for tickets to the first show.

It is now a fact that she was unable to pay for the flight and has to be able to accept it.

Fans are questioning the singer's claim that she was forced to cancel because her crew has COVID and due to delivery delays

Many fans are questioning her claims that she cancelled because of COVID, delivery delays, and other reasons.

“I’d love to see her… The only thing I don’t get is that if there was a survey among the fans, would we have been as pleased if she sang on an empty stage without a piano?

“It’s not as if it’s Pink, and she’s flying through air. You could’ve seen her in sweats. We want her to sing.

“Something’s up. It’s obvious she suffers from stage fright. I was due to see her at the Greek for my birthday before and she canceled  because if a throat thing.

“I can’t love her. I’m in love with her. I just don’t think she’s saying the right thing.”

Fans share her concern that this famously down-to Earth singer has become Hollywood.

Caesars Palace, which was hosting the event, claimed online it is offering all fans a full refund for their rooms. But some fans tell DailyMail.com they aren't receiving full refunds because they are now trying to cancel within 24 hours of the first night

Caesars Palace claimed that online fans would receive a complete refund on their hotel rooms. DailyMail.com has received complaints from fans that they have not been able to receive full refunds. They are trying to cancel their reservations within the next 24 hours.

‘It wasn’t great how she was doing it in the first place, it was so  hard to get tickets and they were so expensive. My girlfriend initially said she wasn’t willing to spend more than $500. They ended up being $877. Then she said that “You know, you can’t help thinking that she’s different.”

“Before, she used to make you feel as though she was your fan and made you feel so special. The opposite is true right now.

Others share her concerns. Fans are alarmed that her 2011 cancellations were due to throat surgery.

In 2017 she cancelled even more shows to spare her throat.

It doesn’t seem to make sense. 24 Las Vegas concert cancellations when only the first few week could have been postponed. One fan stated that there is more going on than what people know.

“She is too unpredictable. She used to be my favorite and we saw her at Wembley. But, since her 30th birthday there has been something making me resent her. I don’t know what it is.

One person said that he had tickets for Hyde Park, but that if the show is cancelled, he would not blink an eyelid.
