Alec Baldwin, his wife Hilaria and their two children were enjoying the Hamptons Park for the second consecutive day.
Baldwin, who is 63 years old, was snapped with his hair down on Sunday while enjoying a picnic with his loved ones and eating potato chips from a bench at the Long Island billionaires’ colony.
The open area was also used by his children to play soccer. Hilaria is seen following Alec, while Alec joins in the fun.
The family was enjoying the outdoors for the second consecutive day. Baldwin smiled publicly the day before he shot Halyna Hutchins, a cinematographer, on Rust’s set during rehearsals held on October 21.
Last week, Rust script supervisor Mamie Mitchell tearfully announced that she was suing the actor and accused him of playing ‘Russian Roulette’ when he fired a gun without checking it first to make sure it was not loaded.
Further, she claimed that he was not required to fire his gun in the filming scene.

Alec Baldwin (an embattled actor) was seen on Sunday having a great day out in the park along with his children

Hilaria, laughing as she laughs, chased one of her sons after the family.

Baldwin didn’t seem to allow the food and drinks to go to waste

On a bench by East Hampton’s park benches, he was seen munching potato chips.
Baldwin was one of almost two dozen defendants named in the complaint.
DailyMail.com photos show the actor at 63 wearing black pants and a t-shirt as he strolled around East Hampton park Sunday.
Hilaria meanwhile wore a puffy-silver winter jacket with black leggings, boots, and a navy blue sweater reading ‘Grateful’
While the children were running around, it appeared that Baldwin’s family was enjoying a picnic.
Baldwin appeared to later have been part of the fun and was seen running with the soccer ball on Sunday. He had also been photographed on Saturday laughing with his sons while playing soccer.
He even brought his camera to capture photos and video on Saturday.

Baldwin eventually joined the party, following his son with a soccer ball.

Baldwin dressed up in an autumnal black shirt and dark pants.

The wide open space allowed the children to run around and have fun.

Hilaria kicked the ball in one corner towards her sons.

Alec Baldwin smiled on Saturday as he played soccer in the park. It was the first time he was seen smiling since the shooting death of Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on October 21

Baldwin ran and kicked the soccer ball with the children.

On Saturday, he even pulled out his smartphone to record or photograph his kids playing.
Photos of him in distress from earlier photos had shown him looking sad as he faced the consequences of Halyna HUTCHINS’ fatal shooting at 42-year-old Halyna Hutchins.
The photo was taken last week at his Greenwich Village house. He was wearing a dark-colored casual T-shirt, even though it was cold, and had his silver hair neatly coifed.
Baldwin took a black Cadillac and drove to Brooklyn with his children.
Baldwin’s first public appearance since Mitchell had announced his lawsuit.
Baldwin appeared careworn and uncoordinated amid legal problems.
After settling into the front passenger’s seat, he was covered in a dark blue face mask.
Just hours after Mitchell’s lawsuit went public, Baldwin & Hilaria were photographed coming home from a friend’s outing.
For the occasion, 30 Rock alumni chose a formal-attire outfit with dark suits and ties.

The actor in trouble has looked previously somber. He was photographed getting into an SUV near his Manhattan apartment on Thursday morning.

Baldwin looked tired, even though his signature salt-and pepper hair was well-coifed

Hilaria, he and Hilaria were also spotted outside New York.
Mamie Mitchell, the first person to call 911 after Hutchins was accidentally shot by Baldwin on the film’s set last month, broke down in tears last Tuesday as she announced the filing of her lawsuit against Baldwin and other producers of the low-budget Western movie.
The suit names 22 defendants associated with the film, including Baldwin, Rust producers, six production companies – El Dorado Pictures, Thomasville Pictures, Short Porch Pictures, Brittany House Pictures, 3rd Shift Media and Streamline Global – armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed, First Assistant Director David Halls and others.
Mitchell, an industry veteran for over 40 years, was close to Hutchins’s body when Baldwin fired the gun that killed her. Joel Souza, who was later injured in an accident, is now the director.
This suit alleges assault and intentional infliction emotional distress. Also, it states that the gun used to shoot the scene was not required.
I ran to 911, and told them, “Bring everyone, send everyone Mitchell,” during a press conference. This woman has died at the start of her career. Her life was extraordinary. She is a rare and very unique woman.
Mitchell stated that Mitchell was not more than four feet from Hutchins’ when she was struck by the bullet residue.
She said, “I won’t forget the events that took place on Rust’s set that day.” I can still hear the gun explode and remember the shot.
Mitchell claimed that Mitchell was depressed, and she is afraid for her future.
She added, “This terrible tragedy took away my joy in life.”
She stated that she wanted to stop what occurred on the set happening again.

Mitchell and Gloria Allred, Gloria’s attorney, presented their suit, which includes assault, intentional distress of the emotional and deliberate infliction harm.

Serge Svetnoy posted the final photograph of Halyna (pictured holding camera) at the church set just minutes before her death.
Gloria Allred (Mitchell’s powerful attorney), claimed that Baldwin was given live ammunition by the assistant Director. Baldwin was aware that Baldwin was not entitled to this gun and could not trust any statements made by the assistant directors about the gun’s safety.
Allred claimed that Alec Baldwin purposely, but without just cause or reason, fired the loaded gun despite the fact that the scene to be filmed didn’t call for it. ‘Mr. Baldwin chose to play Russian Roulette without checking the loaded gun and without asking for an armorer’s approval.
‘Mr. Baldwin cannot conceal behind the Assistant Director in order to pretend that he checked the gun,’ Mitchell complains. Mitchell was present at the Bonanza Creek Ranch church where Baldwin’s quick draw’ rehearsal ended tragically.
Baldwin had to assume that the gun was loaded, until it was verified that it wasn’t loaded.
Allred claimed last month her client has evidence that will help in this investigation. She was also interviewed by law enforcement. Allred indicated that, even though the assistant director said the gun was okay, the officer should have advised that Allred not use it.
According to the lawsuit, the production team and Baldwin were not negligent in the events that lead to the filming.
Baldwin was accused by her of being reckless and not following safety regulations.
All ammunition and guns are to be kept safe throughout production. The armorer should also stay close to all guns. Allred stated that ammunition and guns weren’t left to the care of the armorer.

Halyna Houtchins, a young cinematographer was killed after Alec Baldwin fired a gun at Rust’s set on October 21. He was reportedly told at the time that the gun was empty.

Hutchins’ Instagram posting of October 19, 2021 showed cast members and employees, including Baldwin, along with Hutchins and her armorer GutierrezReed. (circled right to left)
Allred stated that Mitchell stood near Halyna Huckchins and Joel Souza at the time they were shot. He then ran from the church.
Allred released a statement saying that Halyna was a close friend and colleague of Mamie. She is deeply saddened by the passing of her extraordinary friend. Mamie attended Halyna’s vigil and she was moved by the loss of her friend.
Allred described her client’s traumatization and stated they were conducting an independent investigation.
On Wednesday, the head of lighting for the film filed a second lawsuit alleging that negligence had caused him “severe emotional distress” that will forever haunt him.
Serge Svetnoy stated in suit, that the bullet which killed Hutchins was very close to him and that he held his head while she died.
Svetnoy’s lawyer Gary A. Dordick stated Wednesday that the live rounds should have been stopped on the set.
Los Angeles Superior Court has filed a lawsuit against nearly twenty-six defendants in connection with the movie, which names Baldwin as both star AND producer. David Halls was the assistant director and handed Baldwin the gun. Hannah Gutierrez Reed was the head of weapons at the set.
This is the first lawsuit that has been filed in connection with the Oct 21 shooting.

Serge Svetony (left), a film gaffer, filed a lawsuit alleging that he was negligent in causing him severe emotional distress.

Rust was the ninth movie that Svetnoy had and Hutchins worked together on. He said he accepted the low-pay job because she requested it, adding at last week’s news conference, “She was my friend.”
Rust, the ninth film Svetnoy & Hutchins were involved in together was Rust. He had accepted the low-paying job because she asked.
Svetnoy declared at the news conferece, “She was a friend of mine.”
He claimed that he’d seen guns left unattended on the ground in the shoot days before and had warned people about it.
The suit states that he set up lighting at 6 to 7 feet from Baldwin on the day for the shoot.
According to the suit, “What happened next will haunt Plaintiff for ever.”
He felt an unusual and scary whoosh that felt like pressurized gas from his right. He experienced what he thought was gunpowder, and other residual substances directly striking his right side.
With his eyes smashed and his hearing impaired, he then kneeled to aid Hutchins.
Both punitive and compensatory damages are sought in the lawsuit. These will be decided later. Because the plaintiff and many of the defendants reside in Los Angeles County, the lawsuit was filed there.
Emails and telephone messages seeking comments on the suit were not promptly answered by the attorneys and representatives of the defendants.
Jason Bowles (Gutierrez Reed’s lawyer) stated in Wednesday’s statement that “we believe this was sabotage” and that Hannah is being framed. The scene had been tampered with before police arrived, according to us.
Bowles stated that his client provided a complete interview to authorities and is continuing to help them. This statement does not mention the lawsuit.
According to the statement, “We demand a complete and thorough investigation of all the facts” including the live rounds, their fate in the “dummies”, and the source of their entry.
Gutierrez Reed stated last week she had seen the Baldwin gun but didn’t know where a live bullet got in.
Halls stated last week that the tragedy would cause the movie industry to “reevaluate their values and practices” to make sure no victim is ever hurt again. However, he did not give any details.

Baldwin believed that the gun wasn’t loaded, according to reports. He pointed it at Hutchins as well as director Joel Souza.

In a video posted on October 30th, he called it “one-in-a trillion” and claimed that the crew was well-oiled at the time of the shooting. Santa Fe police are now investigating.
Baldwin claimed on video that October 30th, the filming was a “one-in a-trillion” event, saying: “We were an extremely well-oiled crew, shooting a film together, then this awful event happened.”
According to New Mexico court records, Souza claimed that Baldwin was practicing a scene where he pulled out a revolver and pointed it at the camera. Souza and Hutchins were also behind this incident, Souza said.
Souza stated the scene was not suitable for using live rounds. Gutierrez Reed claimed real ammo shouldn’t have been allowed, according to court records.
Los Angeles claims Baldwin did not fire the gun but pointed it.
Hollywood experts have been puzzled by the scenes of movie-set filming. Other production crews have taken safety measures to improve their security.
Mary Carmack, Santa Fe District Attorney and Altwies stated that investigators did not find any evidence of sabotage.
Sascha Guinn, an agency spokesperson, confirmed her comments on Wednesday.
Carmack-Altwies claims that investigators have identified the person who loaded the gun. However, it is still unclear how the fatal round of ammunition reached the set. According to the district attorney, she was concerned about safety issues at all levels.
Dordick stated at the news conference it was “far-fetched” to suggest that there had been sabotage. Gutierrez Reed, however, still had the responsibility of knowing what was inside the gun and who was handling it.
Officials claim that Halls, an assistant director, gave the weapon to Baldwin. He also announced “cold gun” to let him know that the weapon was safe.
