Alec Baldwin, Hilaria and their daughter were seen out running errands in preparation for leaving New York City. They had just returned from a Friday trip to New York City after his phone was searched.

The actor, 63, was dressed in a black T-shirt and black pants as he picked up a cup of java at Think Coffee in his neighborhood earlier in the morning, while Hilaria, 37, was later spotted with two of their six children.

Baldwin was walking to the cafe with his phone in his hand, and his hair was messy and untidy. Despite the fact that the temperature was only in the 50s, the outline of Baldwin’s cell phone was clearly visible.

As he loaded up an SUV full of bags and luggage and prepared for the weekend, he was photographed loading it with a holiday wreath. The couple appeared to be traveling light, and were likely heading out of town for some time.

Baldwin packed their things into the car, before taking the driver’s seat in the backseat. To accommodate the couple, they needed two additional SUVs. They have six children: their nannies, and each child requires a booster seat or a car safety seat.

Baldwin had gone to Think Coffee earlier in the day to get a coffee on Friday morning. The outline of his phone was clearly visible in his pocket.

Meanwhile, his wife Hilaria, 37, was spotted walking with two of their six children later on in the day

Later in the afternoon, Hilaria, Hilaria’s 37-year-old wife, was spotted out walking along with two their six children.

Hilaria, who had lost her husband, was seen on the streets with Eduardo Pao Lucas (one-year-old) strapped to her chest and a cup coffee in her other hand.

The mom, who was wearing a mask for the coffee run, was joined by their seven-year-old daughter Carmen Gabriela.

Hilaria had on a tie-dye half-zip sweatshirt, faux leather leggings, and a pair of $334 funky black slippers adorned with colorful baubles from Alameda Turquesa as she hit the streets with her kids.

Her sweatshirt was later replaced by a $198 knit sweater featuring jungle cats and RAILS. She kept on her leggings but traded her slippers for a pair of black padded platform snow boots.

The yoga lover seemed to be sending a message with her $25 gray cap by HATX, which featured the word ‘HATE’ with the ‘E’ crossed out so it said ‘HAT.’

Hilaria then drove off in her Range Rover while her children and two nannies left with a driver in another SUV.

The day before, Hilaria slammed the paparazzi on her Instagram Stories and warned them to ‘stay away’ from her husband. She shared footage of the photographers snapping their pictures, claiming they were purposefully provoking him.

‘These people are trying to taunt Alec,’ she captioned the clip. ‘This is not good for ptsd. I’m sure that comes as no surprise when you see this. I get you guys want to make money…but this is disgusting. And those of you who pay for these photos — shame.’

In a second post, she demanded that the paparazzi back off while vowing to protect her family.

‘Stay away from him,’ she insisted. ‘Stop it right now. Have some humanity. Stop thinking about money and attention. Let the investigation do [its] process and it will play out. You don’t need to come and traumatize him more every single step of the way. This is my family and I will protect them until the end.’

The family’s departure on Friday came just one day after Baldwin took to Twitter to deny that he had requested a larger Colt gun before Hutchins was fatally shot on the set of Rust.

He tweeted an article from Newsweek, which claimed that he had requested a bigger gun before the accidental shooting.

‘This, in fact is a lie,’ Baldwin wrote over the article link.

‘The choices regarding any props by me for the film RUST were made weeks before production began. To suggest that any changes were made “before fatal shooting” is false,’ he added.

His tweet came after Sante Fe sheriffs in New Mexico issued a search warrant for his iPhone in regards to the fatal October 21 shooting.

The warrant authorizes police to review all text messages and photos on the actor’s cellphone, as well as any stored location data, as part of their investigation.

Baldwin was seen on his phone making a call shortly after the shooting, and Judge David Segura, a magistrate in Santa Fe, approved the search warrant request on Thursday afternoon.

Detective Alexandria Hancock — referred to as the ‘affiant’ in the warrant — said that they requested Baldwin hand over his phone, but the actor and his lawyers said that they require a warrant first.

According to the warrant request, ‘Affiant asked Alec for his phone, along with his attorney’ and was told to obtain a warrant.

Hancock, in the request for the warrant, spelled out in detail what she wanted to obtain from Baldwin’s phone — a list that included his contacts, call records, photos, videos, and text messages.

“Affiant” requests a warrant for Alec Baldwin’s search and seizure of Baldwins’ phone cell to find any evidence that may relate to Halyna Hutchins’ death investigation, the warrant request states.

According to ‘Affiant, evidence may exist on the phone due to people using cell phones before and/or during the commission of crime.

If it is available, this information may be relevant and material to the investigation.

Affiant was also informed that there had been several texts and emails sent concerning the film production of Rust.

The family's departure on Friday came just one day after Baldwin took to Twitter to deny that he had requested a larger Colt gun before Hutchins was fatally shot on the set of Rust

Just one day earlier, Baldwin used Twitter to claim that he requested a Colt larger gun to replace Hutchins’ fatally shot set at Rust.

Hutchins shot moments after the crew had entered a church in order to rehearsal a scene.

According to the warrant, Baldwin claimed that he sent emails to Hannah Gutierrez Reed about the type of gun he wanted to use in the film.

The Colt.45 was the final choice.

Baldwin had been handed the antique pistol for the scene and was told that it was ‘cold’ — not loaded.

He was practicing a scene where he draws out his gun. Later, he said to ABC in an interview that although he didn’t pull the trigger, the gun fired anyway.

Hutchins (a 42-year old cinematographer) was killed and shot. Joel Souza (director of the film) was also shot in the shoulder but survived.

It’s not known why New Mexico police took so long to seize Baldwins phone.

A Santa Fe judge approved a search warrant for his phone after a request from Detective Alexandria Hancock, who has been granted access to his texts, call records, contacts, photos, videos, and geolocation data

After Detective Alexandria Hancock’s request, a Santa Fe judge granted a warrant to search his phone. Hancock requested access to texts, calls records, contact information, photographs, video and geolocation data.

He has maintained that he fully cooperated in the investigation.

He described for the first-time, in an emotional interview that aired December 2 with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, the aftermath of the October 21 accident.

When the gun arrived, he was filming in the church where the scene was being shot.

‘She’s getting me to position the gun — everything is at her direction. She marks the gun and I draw it. I don’t aim to shoot through the lens of my camera, but I do not intend to. In her direction. It was an incidental shot that might not have been included in the final film.

Baldwin claimed that he fired the gun while discussing with Hutchins what it would look like on camera.

“I’m only showing. Then I ask, “How are you doing?” Is that possible? Do you see it? Are you able to see it?  Then she says “Yeah that’s nice.”

Baldwin, an angry man, was caught on camera lunging towards a New York Post reporter as he gripped an umbrella. This happened on December 2.

The confrontation took place outside Woody Allen's Upper East Side home, where reporter Jon Levine was waiting for Baldwin to quiz him about the shooting on the set of Rust

It took place in front of Woody Allen’s Upper East Side residence, where Jon Levine, a reporter waiting to question Baldwin about his shooting at Rust, witnessed the confrontation.

“I let go the hammer. Bang. The gun explodes. All are shocked. They’re shocked. It’s loud. It’s loud.

‘No one was — the gun was supposed to be empty. It was said that I had been given an empty gun. They were not cosmetic rounds. A flash round was all that I got.

I wondered if she had fainted. It wasn’t until 45 minutes or an hour later that I realized that the live round was in that gun.

He said, “Well, she is laying there, and I go,” Did she get hit with wadding? Is there a blank? Some blank rounds contain a wadding in the packs. It’s almost like a cloth which packs the gunpowder inside. Wadding can sometimes come out and hit you. It could make your skin ache a bit.

“But no one could comprehend. Is it possible she had a heart attack. Remember, the notion that someone had put a bullet into the gun wasn’t even possible in real life.

“I never pulled that trigger.” No, no, no. That would be a terrible thing.

Baldwin spoke to George Stephanopoulos about the tragic shooing in an interview that aired on December 2, saying: 'Someone is responsible for what happened, and I can't say who it is, but it's not me'

Baldwin talked to George Stephanopoulos regarding the tragedy of shooing. The interview aired December 2.

Hutchins shared an Instagram picture from October 19, showing her (circled centre) along with cast members, staffers and herself Baldwin (circled to the left), and Armorer Gutierrez-Reed.

Dave Halls who was an assistant director, saw Baldwin and confirmed his account through his lawyer.

Baldwin remembered how Baldwin stood for 60 seconds over her before being led out. Is she still conscious? Stephanopoulos asked. He replied, “My recollection says yes.”

Baldwin’s on-set version of tragedy

“I’m just showing. Then I say, “How’s that for a show? Is that possible? Do you see it? Is that what you are seeing?

“Yeah! That’s great!”

“I let go the hammer. Bang. The gun explodes. All are shocked. They’re shocked. It’s loud. It’s loud.

‘No one was — the gun was supposed to be empty. It was said that I had been given an empty pistol.

They were cosmetic rounds. A flash round is all that was needed.

I was stunned to see her fall.

“The idea that the gun had a live round was something that I didn’t realize until probably 45 minutes or an hour after.

He said, “Well, she is laying there, and I go,” Did she get hit with wadding? Did she leave a blank?

“I never pulled that trigger.” No, no, no. It would not be possible.

“The gun was meant to be empty. It was said that I had been given an empty pistol.

‘Nobody gave a f*** who you are anymore until this. He said that you see many people now with their phones in coffee shops, and that they are filming them.

He claimed that no one knew there was any live ammunition, until a police officer took a picture of the shrapnel from Souza’s arm.

He said that then began the “anguish, insanity” of someone having put a bullet into his gun. “She lay there, and for quite some time I was shocked at the length of time they took to get her into a vehicle or out. But they kept waiting until they could get a helicopter.

“And when the helicopter flew with her, it was literally like we had all been stuffed to the stomach for that whole process.”

“When she left, I didn’t know how many days she had been there. “She’s stable,” she kept repeating. She said that, like you don’t believe there was any live ammunition in your gun, it would be fatal.

‘At the conclusion of my interview, the sheriff’s department told me that she had not made it. I was informed right away.

He continued, “That’s when i went outside to call my wife.”

Baldwin claimed that he was told by people “in the know” that it is highly unlikely that Baldwin will be facing criminal charges.

Baldwin stated to Stephanopoulos that someone was responsible for the events.

“Honest to God. If I believed I was responsible, I may have committed suicide.” This is something that I do not lightly say.

In addition, he was critical of former President Donald Trump for suggesting that Trump had ‘loaded’ the gun.

“He claimed that I deliberately did it. The president of the United States makes a statement about this sad situation just when it seems impossible to imagine things getting more bizarre.

Jon Levine, New York Post’s editor-in-chief, attempted to interview the actor regarding the claim.

Baldwin was unable to speak, while Hilaria asked repeatedly for the journalist’s departure and to ‘please leave’ as she trained her cell phone camera on Baldwin.

Levine first met the couple when they were about to leave Woody Allen’s Manhattan Townhouse.

Baldwin charged at Levine, grasping his umbrella, and shouted that Levine was prohibited from being on private property.

He didn’t get in touch with the reporter who informed him that the sidewalk is public property.

Baldwin uploaded an Instagram picture of him holding one of his young children after the interview was aired.

“No matter how difficult it is for me. No matter how much I hurt. Anything, win or loss. Anything. He wrote, “No one can take from me the joy, love, and support you’ve given me @hilariabaldwin.”

These are difficult times. The air is suffocating with hate. I have a reason for living because of you. My only concern is my family and our lives together. You can’t ask for anything else. You owe it to me.
