Alec Baldwin was spotted with his family in Vermont on Thursday. This was exactly one week after Baldwin shot Halyna HUTCHINS, a cinematographer and injured Joel Souza on set of Rust, New Mexico.
The actor, aged 63, was seen clothing shopping in Manchester, Vermont. This small town is located about 60 miles northeastern of Albany, New York.
Baldwin and his family were spotted in New England on Thursday after it was revealed that Rust producer and team had declined to purchase insurance that protects them against any untoward circumstances that might prevent the film from being made.

Baldwin was seen in Manchester, Vermont, on Monday picking up a takeout order for Italian food from a local eatery.
The Rust producer and his crew declined to purchase a completion bonds, which is a common form Hollywood studios purchase in case of a catastrophic event that stops projects from being completed.
According to The New York Times Baldwin paid Chubb an insurance package that covered equipment damage, injury to cast members and crew, as well as a death on set.
The 63 year-old actor was clearly stony-faced after he gathered a mountain of takeout food for his six children. Hilaria, his wife Hilaria, was also there but was not photographed.

Hollywood observers were shocked that Baldwin’s production company, El Dorado Pictures declined to secure a completion bonds.
The film, which had an estimated $6.5million operating budget, was funded both through preselling distribution rights and by outside investments.
Wednesday’s New Mexico sheriff’s deputy said that they didn’t know his current whereabouts.
Baldwin has been cooperating in the ongoing police investigation into this shooting and has also been in touch with Hutchins’ families.
He lies down with his wife, children, and other family members, while investigators in Santa Fe New Mexico continue to interview witnesses.
Santa Fe County Sheriff Adam Mendoza stated to Good Morning America on Thursday morning that he is still unable to determine who brought live ammo onto the Rust set, which Baldwin stars in and produces.

‘Live rounds should not take place on set, so far as we can tell. The main questions we are asking are how and why the live rounds ended on set, as well as who brought them on-set. We don’t know yet, but we have some initial statements. It was close to 100 people on set. Interviews are ongoing.
“Everybody we have spoken to knows that live round should not be on-set and why they were there will be the main question,” he stated.
Investigators were informed by Dave Halls, assistant director, that he had not checked every barrel of his gun but that he’should’ have before he gave it to him on the set Rust last week. He also admitted that he only looked in three of the five chambers of the weapon.
Halls’ shocking admission can be found in a search warrant that was not sealed by the Sante Fe County Sheriff’s Department and was issued Wednesday afternoon.
It includes details of Halls’ interview and Hannah Gutierrez Reed’s statements to them.
Halls claimed GutierrezReed, 24, gave him the weapon. He ordinarily opens the weapon, spins the drum to show him what the ammo is, and declares it safe.

Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Department released a portion of the interview between Halls, sheriff’s deputies and was made public on Wednesday
He said that he couldn’t remember if she spun her weapon, and that he can only recall seeing three dummy shots, identified by holes in their cartridges.
Hannah Gutierrez-Reed stated to police that the guns were kept safe and that only a few people could access them.
“David advised Hannah to show him the firearm before continuing rehearsal. He could only recall seeing three rounds.”
The search warrant states that he advised that he should have checked all of them but didn’t and couldn’t remember if she spun drums.
Baldwin was given the gun and it fired in the direction Joel Souza and Halyna Hutchins. Hutchins passed away, while Souza was admitted to hospital.
Halls returned the gun to GutierrezReed, and told him to open it.
The warrant also describes Hannah Gutierrez Reed’s description of not having ‘any live round’ on set.
‘Hannah advised she checked the “dummies” and made sure they weren’t hot rounds.
‘She said as the crew broke for lunch, the firearms were taken back and secured inside a safe on a prop truck on set.
She said that the ammo was left on a cart at lunch and wasn’t secured.
‘After lunch, [property manager]Sarah Zachary took the guns out of the safe and handed them over to Sarah.
She said that only a handful of people have access to the safe’s combination and can open it.
Hannah advised that she gave the gun to Alec Baldwin several times and also gave it to David Halls. Hannah said that no live ammo was ever kept on the gun.
