Alice Evans said she was considering harming her self after Ioan Gruffudd ended their 14 year marriage.
Evans, 53 years old, announced her split from Welsh Star in a series rageful tweets on Twitter. Since then, Evans has documented all the negative aspects of their divorcing proceedings via social media.
However, she says she is not regretful in sharing details about Gruffudd’s relationship, including the sex, to help her come to terms with her husband’s fall.

On Thursday’s Lorraine edition remotely, she admitted to fearing the worst after he returned home from Australia for filming Harrow.
She said: ‘He came back, hugged the kids, he very dryly gave me a kiss on the cheek and that was when I knew something was wrong.
‘He told me within the first few days I don’t love you anymore. I’m not questioning his right to do that, but it was just so out of the blue. He said that he didn’t love him anymore after four months. I may leave you, or not.
Emotional: Evans was emotional as she revealed her inner turmoil during an appearance at Lorraine’s remote location on Thursday.
She added: ‘He was here but he wouldn’t talk to me, slept in the spare room. It was possible that I could do my own harm. I tweeted he’s leaving us, and then all hell broke loose.’
