Vegan anti-vaxxer, who refused the jab due to animal testing on them, told his wife that the vaccine was a ‘wish’ before he died.

Glynn Steel, 54, tested positive for Covid after taking a lateral flow test on October 27, but after his health started to decline his wife Emma, 50, took him into Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

After being placed in intensive medical care, he was then intubated. Tragically, he passed away on November 16, just two months after his 55th birthday.

While he was fighting for his life as an engineer in the field, he begged nurses for the jab. But it was too late. Emma, his wife, said that ‘I never felt so sick’.

Glynn, of Malvern, Worcestershire, had planned to retire and spend more time travelling and looking after animals.

Emma, double-jabbed says she’s now in a “voidable future” and is calling on all to receive the vaccine.

“I want everyone that I know to have the vaccine.” “I insist to everyone I know to get the vaccine,” she stated.

Glynn’s last words to me were, “I have never felt this sick before.” It was heartbreaking.

“He asked for the vaccine while he was still in intensive care, but doctors said it was too late.

‘I’ve been crying myself to a dehydration each night, letting my tears run like a river in morning and then waking up at night crying.

“It is telling people who loved him that they won’t see him again and feeling that hurt in their hearts. It’s my job to try to make people smile, not cry.

“He was gentle and he didn’t want to be vaccinated with the Covid vaccine, as it was tested on animals.

Glynn took care of six rescue cats and dogs in his house and also brought back a Sri Lankan dog who was on holiday.

He was hesitant to receive the vaccine after reading that producers including Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson had tested theirs on animals.

A freedom of information request on animal studies performed for COVID-19 vaccines to the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency said that by law, medicines are ‘required to be tested on animals’.

According to their Customer Service Centre, “Regarding your question about animal testing generally, new drugs must first be tested in animals before being phased in on humans in clinical trials.”

Glynn began with a simple cold. It gradually worsened until he became sicker and tested positive for Covid.

Because of his old age and the lack of vaccine, he rapidly deteriorated and Emma called an ambulance on November 2.

However, she was informed that no such facilities were available. She had to bring her husband of 19 stone to the hospital.

When she arrived at the Worcestershire Royal Hospital, there were twelve ambulances waiting outside.

The animal lover cared for a total of six rescued cats and dogs at his home and even brought a dog in need back from a holiday in Sri Lanka

A total of six cats and dogs were rescued by the animal lover. He even took a Sri Lankan holiday dog with him.

Emma shared that she still doesn’t understand how she managed to transport him from the hospital in her car. It was impossible to push the heavy man in my wheelchair.

“Eventually, a young man appeared, offering to help. His mother was unwell, and could not get an ambulance, so he brought her to the hospital as I did.

Glynn was admitted quickly to intensive care, but by the 10th, he had been placed on life support.

Emma shared the following: “I was with him at his death.” My body was covered with a PPE and couldn’t reach him. However, they played the Sex Pistols’ favorite songs. He stayed close to me until the end.

Glynn passed away within 20 minutes of his life support having been switched off.

Emma claims that despite two weeks of being apart, she can’t imagine her life without him.

She said, “I will always miss our friendships, our partnerships, our love and our connection with each other.”

“I think I sometimes need to text the word TELL to the suicide hotline whenever my thoughts become really scary or loud.”

Charlotte Steel (Glynn’s niece) has set up a GoFundMe page to raise money for his funeral.
