According to Scott, 55, ‘Warner Bros. Television stated that they did not exercise the option of Ruby for season two’ of “Batwoman” because of multiple complaints about Ruby’s workplace behavior.
He continued, “I absolutely and completely refute all the damaging and defamatory claims she has made against me; they are completely made up and never occurred.”
Rose accused Scott, who played her on-screen father, of hurting a female stunt double, yelling ‘like a little b*tch at women’, coming and going as he pleased on the set, and abusing women.

‘Dougray hurt a female stunt double, he yelled like a little b*tch at women and was a nightmare,’ the actress posted on Instagram.
“He went where he wanted, and came back when he wanted. He abused women, and I sent an email asking for a no yelling policy as a lead on a show. They declined.
Rose made the allegations against Batwoman earlier in the week, and also claimed that she was subject to poor working conditions on set.
Rose, 35, was fired as Kate Kane’s actress role after one season. Rose claimed that Peter Roth, former Warner Bros. Television chairman, ‘forced her’ to return to work after sustaining a neck injury. She hired a private investigator to find out more about her.

Rose, who rose in 2015 to fame for her performance on Orange Is The New Black on Netflix, posted a series of allegations via Instagram Wednesday morning, detailing the harsh working conditions she claims she was exposed to.

‘I’m going the tell the world about what happened on that set. I will come to you so that what happened in my life does not happen again to another person. So I can finally regain my life and the truth. Shame on you.

Rose posted x-rays of her neck injury that she sustained on set, which she explained to her Batwoman colleagues after she had railed against her former costar and Batwoman counterparts.
She also claimed Peter Roth forced the return of her to work within 10 days of the surgery. This was cited as the reason for her’stiff performance’.
“To all those who thought I was too stiff for Batwoman, imagine going to work 10 days later.
’10 DAYS! (Or the whole cast and crew would be fired. Peter Roth said that he would recast. But, I lost the studio millions. (By getting hurt on his set), rather than spending half a day to rewrite and then taking a few weeks off to heal.

Rose shared several x-rays that she claimed were related to a neck injury that she sustained while filming. She needed surgery in 2019.
Rose continued: ‘To my dear, dear fans still asking if I will return to that awful show, I wouldn’t return for any amount of money nor if a gun were to my head… NOR DID I QUIT.
“I DID NOT QUIT, they destroyed Kate Kane, and they destroyed Batwoman, but not me.
‘I obeyed orders. If I wanted stay, I would have had to sign away my rights. I would not resign from any threats, bullying tactics, or blackmail.
Camrus Johnson, Rose’s co-star on the show, took to Twitter Wednesday to show her support.
“Batfam, ya know that I couldn’t go a whole day without saying something!” I love you all, don’t believe I haven’t seen all of the love today. But yea fam she was fired,” he wrote. “It is very difficult to get fired as the leader. Think about what you have to do to make that happen.
