“For a while now, I’ve been having trouble with my digestion. After a conversation with my Dad a few decades back, I went to my GP for a checkup.
“I was embarrassed, but I knew it could be serious. I went to the hospital just in case. I didn’t think much of it at first, and assumed it might be food sensitivities.
“After a few phone calls, I was sent for some checks and examinations. I was diagnosed with bowel cancer. This was at month’s beginning.

“There are a few symptoms to help you feel better. Keep safe, and we’ll see you on the other side xx.
