13-year-old boy fights for life after he was shot in the back walking down streets in Birmingham

One thirteen-year-old boy in Birmingham is currently fighting for his survival after he was shot in the back walking down the street. 

Last night, the child aged 13 was found with a gunshot wound at Birmingham in West Midlands. 

The injuries sustained by the patient were described as life-changing and rushed him to hospital. 

After the boy had been found in an underpass, emergency crews quickly raced to the spot with armed officers.

Last night, the child aged 13 was found with a gunshot wound to his head in Birmingham, West Midlands.

Hockley Circus, one of the main roads linking the city to the M5 motorway is located in the heart of the city.

The forensics team will continue to search for clues, but it will be closed today.

Spokesman for the West Midlands Police said that they are looking to get any additional information from anyone who might be in the vicinity.

“This is an area that’s busy and has many drivers. Therefore, we ask anyone who owns dashcams to look at their footage. It may be helpful in helping us find the responsible.

Witness Imran Hameed was under the flyover driving when he saw the police on the scene.

He stated that there were about 8 to 9 regular police cars as well as undercover vehicles.

“There was not an ambulance.”

According to a spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service, the ambulance service said that they were being called by reports about a shooting incident at Hockley Circus in Birmingham last night at 7.16pm.

“One ambulance arrived, along with two paramedics officers and a meRIT trauma doctor. One patient was found, a teenager male. He received treatment for severe injuries and was then taken to the hospital.
