At their Pennsylvania house, a five-year old boy and his brother of six shot him dead. They were in the bedroom next to an unlocked gun.
Connor Wolfe was five years old and was unsupervised when he was shot in his Penn Hills bedroom on Monday night.
Allegheny County police detectives and Allegheny County murder investigators are currently investigating the matter.
KDKA was told by Lt. Venerando Costa of the Allegheny County Police Department that ‘the initial investigation showed there were children playing in the back bedroom when one child was shot’.
‘We’re still working to figure out how that occurred, but the child was pronounced deceased at a hospital.’
‘It’s always hard when its children, just is. They’re innocent so that’s why it’s always tough,’ he added.

‘I’m just so sad this happened,’ Shari Robinson told KDKA. ‘Guns got to be locked up because kids don’t know they think they are toys, and they have to be locked up because this is what happens.’
Alfred Robinson, Alfred Robinson’s husband added, “They are very nice children. They are always speaking and they are very approachable.” ‘I just can’t believe it. It’s just horrible, it’s hard.’

The family said they were praying for their loved ones and hoped they would make it through.
In response to the accident, both Penn Hills Police Department (and School District) offer emotional support.
The district released a statement saying that Penn Hills School District confirmed the death of Connor Wolfe, a kindergarten student.
‘We request all members of the PH community keep Connor and his loved ones in their thoughts and prayers.
Students and employees who require extra help during difficult times will still be able to access a counselor or social worker.

After a boy aged four in East Liberty accidentally shot himself in the head on Monday morning, this incident is now.
The boy was then transported to Children’s Hospital and declared dead.
Ajani Lane was identified and it was found that a guardian had been in the house at the time.
As of now, no criminal charges have been brought in this instance.
