One bride-to be admitted that she is considering having all her guests unvaccinated at the same table for her wedding.

Appearing on Kyle and Jackie-O on KIIS 106.5, Heidi, from Sydney, said she’s getting married in March 2022 and a few of her family members are yet to be vaccinated. 

Both Jackie O’ Henderson and Kyle Sandilands agreed that assigning guests who aren’t vaccinated to one table “won’t be anything” because they will likely mix with others throughout the evening.

Heidi spoke on Kyle and Jackie O for support. Heidi stated that Heidi is planning to marry in March 2022, and that some of her Queensland relatives have yet to receive vaccinations.

“I was wondering if I should have an anti-vax table so that all guests feel more comfortable with people who aren’t vaccinated? Or do I just not bother about it?” Heidi asked. 

Kyle pointed out quickly that those who have not been fully vaccinated are protected if they are. 

He said, “The anti-vaccinated have chosen to not do it because of whatever reason. That’s okay, it’s their choice.” 

Jackie stated, “I don’t believe that separating them at the table will do anything. It’s like everybody’s going out dancing.”

Radio duo also felt it was reasonable to request that all guests not vaccinated undergo a Covid-19 test prior to the wedding. 

Heidi says, “It’s standard now, Heidi. And especially for the at-home.” [tests]It’s very easy, Jackie stated. 

They also said that the venue would likely require all of its guests to be fully immunized before the big day. 

Current laws in New South Wales state that those not completely vaccinated, or who haven’t been vaccinated, can’t attend “a small wedding ceremony”.  

A small service for weddings can have up to 11 guests. This includes the bride and groom, their witnesses, the photographer, and two other people to record it.    

Non-vaccinated guests should also be registered before they can consume alcohol. 

People who have not been fully vaccinated by NSW cannot travel to another person’s residence. They also can’t exercise, play or sport with anyone else. There are no public pools or gym visits. And you are limited to essential shopping. 

For those not completely vaccinated, there are certain rules that must be followed at weddings in New South Wales.

There are restrictions on who can marry in NSW if they have not been fully vaccinated.

A small ceremony can be attended anywhere in NSW.
