The message she will be sending is one of courage and boldness in the face of difficulties. She will feel confident and able to draw attention to herself, and not feel like she must hide behind the shadows during pregnancy.

“It is a fiery message sent to her husband that she is standing by him and may even take some heat off Boris.”

Carrie appears to be wearing red as her preferred color, with four scarlet outfits worn by Britain’s first lady in recent months.

COP26 starts Sunday at Glasgow’s Scottish Event Campus (SEC). It will welcome 30,000 people, 10,000 police officers and up to 200,000 protestors to the conference over 13 days.

It is the first G20 summit to be held face-to-face since Covid’s strike. However, it has been plagued by many complications.

Last week, the Queen announced that she would be unable attend in person.

Flooding also caused delays for world leaders headed to the summit today. One train company advised passengers to ‘not travel’ across the border because of disruptions after two roads bridges were ‘washed away by torrential rain.

Avanti West Coast, which operates services between London Euston (where the climate conference starts on Sunday) said that Network Rail had placed speed restrictions at several locations to ensure safety.
