Mail Online spoke to a British mountain biking guide, who said that the region is very popular and had many groups from Britain.
“The entire community is affected by the news. Tourism and mountain biking are the mainstays of this area, so it will all be destroyed.
There are many trails in Molino that take you through the forests and bring you back to the village.
According to a local, the group only arrived in the area a few days prior and was due to depart after the weekend.
