You can forget about the fawning Charlie’s Angels, and the scantily dressed Angels at Victoria’s Secret.

Fashion bible Vogue has now assembled ‘Edward’s Angels’ – 15 feisty and diverse women primed to take the reins at publishing giant Conde Nast.

His Angels, British Vogue Editor Edward Enninful’s idea, are an elite unit of fashion directors and editors who give new meaning to “woke warriors”.

Following a restructuring, Edward has been promoted to the highest echelons in Conde Nast’s empire. He is responsible for introducing a ‘diverse viewpoint’ to Vogue magazines across Europe. Anna Wintour (US-based editor) was not affected.

His Angels are a squadron of strong fashion editors and directors that give new meanings to the phrase “woke warriors”. Edward’s right-hand woman Vanessa Kingori, who was photographed with him in February last year, is one of the most prominent Angels.

Vogue's four new European editors are also Angels, including Italy's Francesca Ragazzi (above)

Vogue Europe’s new editors, Francesca Ragazzi from Italy and Vogue Germany’s Angels are all Angels.

Edward's 'eyes and ears', former executive assistant Debs Ababio (pictured), has been promoted to entertainment director. She too is an Angel

France's Eugenie Trochu (pictured), editor of Vogue Paris, is another member of 'Edward's Angels'

Other members of Edward's Angels include some rising stars at British Vogue, such as fashion director Julia Sarr-Jamois (above), of whom Edward tells me: 'All the girls want to be her or be friends with her'

The highest-profile Angels include Edward’s right-hand women Vanessa Kingori and Sarah Harris, as well as Vogue’s four new European editors – Italy’s Francesca Ragazzi, France’s Eugenie Trochu, Spain’s Ines Lorenzo and Kerstin Weng of Germany.

According to British Vogue, a source told me that Edward is the first champion for diversity and hand-picked the girls in this group of glamorous women from Europe.

“He gave them the task of transforming European Vogue magazines. The new covers will soon be available for purchase.

Edward has adopted a fashionable bucket hat to work despite his increasing power and influence.

The wide-brimmed hat has a downward-sloping, wide brim was favoured during Liam Gallagher’s Oasis days.

Sources claim that Edward tried to create a signature look similar to Anna Wintour’s iconic sunglasses.

The Angels have been charged with bringing a 'diverse perspective' into Vogue editions across Europe, which Edward now controls following a restructuring which pushed him to the upper echelons of the Conde Nast empire, answering only to US-based editor-in-chief Anna Wintour

After a restructuring that saw Edward rise to the top of Conde Nast’s empire, he now has full control. Anna Wintour, a US-based editor, is the only one who can answer to him.

Source adds that Edward is thought to be a genius creative by European women. They see him as a kind, funny, sweet mentor – especially when he’s wearing that bucket hat which makes him look so down to earth and cool.’

Edward’s Angels includes some other rising stars at British Vogue such as Julia Sarr-Jamois fashion director. Edward told me that Edward said: ‘All of the girls want to become her or be friends.

Donna Wallace, fashion editor and accessory editor at Donna Wallace is also described as an “eclectic indie cool child and true culture shifter”.

Former executive assistant Debs Ababio has been elevated to the position of entertainment director.

According to the source, Edward loves Edward’s Angels. It’s much better than the old-fashioned term It Girls – they are too powerful and diverse for that.’

The society scene has a new hot couple, and I am able to reveal their identities.

Bella Buchanan (granddaughter of the late Nicholas Parsons) and Harry Medina (only son and heir to George Mountbatten Marquess Milford Haven), are starting to get serious

My spies first saw Harry and Tatiana at Glorious Goodwood in July, when Harry was riding in Magnolia Cup.

Things are getting serious between Bella Buchanan, granddaughter of the late Nicholas Parsons, and Harry Medina (both pictured), the only son and heir of George Mountbatten, Marquess of Milford Haven

Bella Buchanan (granddaughter of the late Nicholas Parsons) and Harry Medina, the only son of George Mountbatten and Marquess de Milford Haven, are starting to get serious

They celebrated Harry’s birthday in a fun party at Harry’s family home, Scotland.

A friend told me that the secret is out. Bella (31 years old) will be grateful that Harry is there for her right now, as he provides a solid shoulder to cry on.

Her grandmother, Denise Bryer – Nicholas Parsons’s first wife and the voice of the 1960s Noddy children’s TV series – sadly died two weeks ago, aged 93.

Mojito is in the act

Andrew Lloyd Webber should train Mojito, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s pet Mojito. The Havanese have the West End’s most powerful theatre empire.

Andrew (73) calls Mojito his “therapy dog” following the failure of his musical Cats.

“He is a master of Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Lord Lloyd-Webber says he’s been in the Royal Box.

“I let him roam around. He is quite disruptive in rehearsals, but that’s one of the things.

Tell that story to your actors.

I do hope Andrew Lloyd Webber's new pet Mojito is front-of-house trained because the Havanese has the run of the theatre impresario's West End empire
