Britney Spears’ legal team stated that she is now ready to accept her freedom and end ties to her father, after Friday’s California court ruling to terminate her 13-year conservatorship.
The Sun was told by a member Spears’s legal staff that Britney had just begun a new chapter. Britney has lived under the guidance of her father Jamie Spears since 2008.
She is no longer afraid of her father after years. The legal team member stated that she was confident in her ability to take revenge and is ready for it with her new team.
“This is not the end of her justice and the start of investigation into any person who may have wronged or mistreated her throughout the years.

After a lengthy legal battle in which Spears and her lawyers described their relationship as “venomous,” traumatizing and insane, Judge Brenda Penny ended the conservatorship.
Jamie had complete control over his daughter’s lives and assets, with a $60 million trust. He also forced Jamie to get birth control in order to keep her from having any more children.
‘In California the only similar thing to this is called sex trafficking, making anyone work, work against their will, taking all their possessions away — credit card, cash, phone, passport card — and placing them in a home where they work with the people who live with them,’ Spears told the court in June.
Mathew Rosengart was Spears’s attorney and vowed that he would investigate Jamie’s behavior as Britney’s conservator in order to uncover any wrong-doing.
Now a free woman, Britney said she has plans to marry her fiancé, Sam Asghari, 27, and have a baby together with him.

“It was said to me in conservatorship that I am not allowed to marry or have children. So I can’t become pregnant, I have an intrauterine device (IUD) in me. I needed to remove the IUD so I could try for another baby.
Spears has two teenage children, Jayden and Sean Preston (both 16, with Kevin Federline). Spears has sole custody of the boys.
Asghari is an Iranian-born actor who she met in 2016 when she cast him as the director of Slumber Party’s video.
Spears teased pictures of herself in what appears to be a wedding gown on Instagram and said that Donatella Versace was making her dress for the big day.
‘No … this is not my wedding dress – bahahah !!!!’ She captioned her picture.
“Donatella Versace is sewing my gown as we speak.”
Asghari, who operates the Asghari Fitness company, has been a vocal defendant of his fiancé and previously slammed her father for opposing their plans to marry.

After the end of Spears’ conservatorship, Asghari stopped by Chase Bank to check on things.
Asghari wrote in a deleted Instagram post, “I have zero respect” for anyone trying to manage our relationship or constantly throwing obstacles in the way,”
Spears’s defense team had used her engagement with Asghari to argue the end of the conservatorship as Jamie would have had input on the couple’s prenuptial agreement to protect their assets, The New York Times reported.
Spears can now schedule visits with her children and live wherever she wants. She also has the ability to drive her car, as well as her new life together with Asghari.
Last month, Spears and Asghari were spotted house hunting, looking at a $16.5 million mansion in the upscale Hidden Hills neighborhood in Calabasas.

Jeffree Star is the owner of the house, and Miley and Drake are also residents.
Star bought the house for $14.6million in 2019. It features seven bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms.
Additionally, she is free to make financial and legal decisions. She can also decide what and where she performs.
Spears will likely also be subject to a bidding war. Television producers and document directors are all competing for the right to interview her in her first interview.
In June, she stated that “just keeping the conservatorship in place and keeping my dad informed made me feel like a dead person.”
Fans and supporters are hopeful that she will start a new life after the end of her conservatorship.
