This is the shocking moment a mass brawl erupted at a boarding kennel and a customer had ‘chunks of her hair ripped out’ after she ‘demanded a refund’.

The violent altercation erupted when a dog owner’s daughter turned up at the Daisybank Boarding Kennels at Heald Green, Cheshire, and questioned the conditions of the premises.

The row is believed to have been started after the owner picked up her two dogs, Fendi and Bobbi, from the kennels following an 11-day stay.

Following the start of the fight, the customer attacked the owner and injures him.

Video footage shows the little girl arguing with staff when they try to take the mobile phone that she had used to film the inside of the premises.

They claim that they never received any complaints about the customer.

After ‘demanding a refund,’ a huge brawl broke out at Cheshire’s board kennel. One woman had her hair cut short.

The owner and her daughter, a blonde woman who appeared to be in her mid-20s, (pictured) showed up at the kennels and demanded a refund and the return of some dog bedding - but the brawl resulted in her 'hair being ripped out'

A blonde, in her 20s-looking daughter (pictured), showed up at the dog kennels to demand a refund. However, her hair was ripped out during the fight.

Next day, the mother and daughter of a blonde woman in her 20s showed up at the kennels demanding a refund as well as the return some dog bedding.

The video was shared widely on social media and features the daughter asking for the bedding.

You can hear her ranting about the horrible conditions dogs were living in. She claimed that the dogs had lost so much weight, their ribs could be seen.

Then, she goes into the kennels to film inside. Staff rush to get her out of there.

A second clip captures the mother and daughter standing in the muddy yard behind the kennels.

These women are shouting each other, while the staff at the kennel grab for the phones.

The mother intervenes when two women from the kennel grab her daughter.

A violent argument broke out when the daughter of a dog owner arrived at Daisybank Boarding Kennels at Heald Green in Cheshire and asked about the conditions.

During the fight, the phone appears to have fallen to the ground. This blonde girl can be seen wearing mud on her leggings, and the back of her denim jacket.

Later on, her daughter posted pictures on social media showing her with a bald spot on her head and holding her hair in strands.

Since then, the kennels has issued a statement, whose contents are being disputed by the girl.

One of the dogs had been left alone for over a week, despite her having never lived in kennels before. The dog’s owner stated that one of her pets was scared and that she had stopped eating.

Their claim is that they proposed a shorter trial but were turned down. The girls also claimed that the girl attacked members of staff, and even the boss at the kennel.

According to the kennel, police and lawyers have been involved in this matter. Alle claims were denied by all members of the involved family.

MailOnline has reached out to Greater Manchester Police in order for them to comment.
