According to court records, the Baywatch former actress was called “Delta Karen” after punching an 80year-old man on a Tampa–to-Atlanta flight. Court documents also claim that she threatened to kill her stepfather and mother, and kidnap their children.

Patty Cornwall was threatened by her stepfather while she lived at his house in July 2020.

Robert Spoeri filed a restraining orders application in Los Angeles County. It stated that Cornwall, 51 years old, claimed to be the mother of his children. He also feared that she might ‘kidnap’ them if she had a delusional episode.

Spoeri claims his stepdaughter has been released after Thursday’s incident with air rage. Spoeri had been previously detained by authorities twice or three times for mental reasons.

He said, “Patricia Cornwall is my daughter Yolanda Speri,”

“Patricia Cornwall threatened to kill Yolanda Spoeri & Robert Spoeri. She has physically attacked and beaten Robert & Yolanda Spoeri.

According to him, he suffered minor cuts, abrasions and headaches as a result of the alleged attack.

Spoeri requested in court that his stepdaughter be placed 100 meters from Spoeri, his house, work, school and vehicle.

He said that Patricia was going to find her own home. “I’m afraid Patricia will return to our home for one night.”

Susan Lopez Giss, the judge that reviewed the application granted Cornwall a temporary restraint order, effective July 31, 2020. This ordered Cornwall to refrain from harassing or intimidating her, as well as striking, stalking and threatening assaults on the victim, and not to destroy the individual’s personal property.

She initially refused to grant a “stay-away” order.

Lopez-Giss stated that the allegations were too vague for her to issue a stay without hearing.
