President Donald Trump blasted out a tout for his Doral golf course Monday – and said he was applying to build 2,300 units at his resort.
Trump issued the statement under the presidential seal Trump had fashioned for his ‘Save America’ PAC emails – the same platform he uses to make endorsements, claim election fraud, and attack Republican ‘RINOs.’
This statement is a reference to real estate promotions Trump made before and during his tenure.
Trump began by promoting his golf course – where he tried to host the G7 meeting of world leaders during his presidency.
I just spent millions of dollars to play the Blue Monster Golf Course at Trump National Doral. It is amazing what was created,” Trump said.

Donald Trump, the former President of USA announced that he will build 2,300 units on his Doral Golf Course in Miami. Trump is the most popular GOP candidate for President in 2024.
He called it the best in the world, and encouraged others to go check it out.
“Also, we will apply for 2,300 luxury units, retail space, and commercial space at Phase 1 in Doral. This is perhaps the most exciting development in the Country—and the Blue Monster course, coupled with the Red, Gold, and Silver, are setting records!’ Trump said.
Trump’s hospitality and golf empire was wiped out by the Pandemic.

Trump declared the project via his letterhead “Office of Donald J. Trump”, in which he included the Presidential seal.

The Trump Organization stated that Doral was “severely underperforming” even prior to the pandemic in 2017. This, according to Washington Post.
Trump’s revenue dropped sharply at Doral in his final year of office to $44million from $77 million per year according to Fortune last year.
The Trump Organization reached an agreement with the PGA Tour late last month after the organization announced it would move its 2022 championship. It was stated that the matter has been resolved, but did not discuss any financial aspects.
According to Census data, Doral is the largest and fastest growing large city in Florida. 11 in the country.
